Frustrated
I have never been so frustrated with a company. I bought two necklaces online and only received one. After many attempts to email, I have yet to receive a response. There is no phone number to call. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company.
I did receive a response from Kilkenny and they are sending my second necklace today. I wish they would have responded quicker but hopefully it will be good now.

Non-existent customer service
Order shipped to the wrong address. Have made multiple attempts to contact them to address the matter and have received no response. I can't recommend this company based on that experience, unfortunately.
