Staggering incompetence
I left a 1* review recently because my Bailey Adamo went back reading light glass replacement and when it was replaced they rewired the system incorrectly and one of the lounge strip lights wouldn't turn off.
It recently went back in and got dropped off and I was assured it was double QC checked.
I've just checked it and not only is the same fault still there one of the new reading light glasses has also some off.
So now it has to go back a fourth time for a simple light fix. How difficult can that be?
Really, anybody considering Kimberley avoid them light the plague

Friendly helpful advice whilst purchasing our new caravan . Not pushy or overpowering. Richard our salesman was guiding us through the process with ease . Any minor queries were quickly answered and sorted there and then . A pleasure to deal with . could do with more staff in the work shop ,they always seam to be trying to catch up

Other Swift dealers don't need to do the warranty work
Hand over agent was good at his job. The quality was poor. The rubber seal between the awning and body work started to detach about a third came off. Mirror in toilet fell off. Deep scratch in table. Rear sky light detached above lounge it fell inside. Locking water cap doesn't lock on the outside. Gas bottle retainers on floor locker do not line up with bottles. Rear lounge seat base drops beyond the supporting wood strip on the locker cupboard below. Told to expect follow up phone call to see how I was getting on. Didn't happen.

Recently purchased a new caravan from Kimberley caravans last week this being the Swift exclusive major 2025 … from point of purchase to extensive knowledgeable handover that was completed on the day of collection was excellent … from viewing the caravan to progressing with sale Scott was helpful no pressure and answered any questions we had , The handover process on day of collection was hassle free and every informative by Benson , who clearly explained every part of the caravan including instructions and full demonstration . Amazing process from start to finish highly recommended.
