Went to Kimberley branch for a browse…
Went to Kimberley branch for a browse at different ranges and options being 1st time caravan owners. We fell in love with an option, and Richard was fantastic throughout the whole process, talked us through everything, showed us how everything worked, and went above and beyond to look after us. Couldn't have asked for a better experience from Richard

Super service in all regards
Excellent service again from Kimberley Caravans. This is our third caravan bought from this company over the years. On every occasion all the staff involved have been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in listening to our requirements and providing us with the product we require which suits our budget.
My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending this company to any potential customer. We promise you won’t regret it.

The office for repairs getting it wrong
The office for repairs keep getting completely wrong I reported a problem that was a warranty issue when returning to the office 2 weeks later to find it had been forgotten and needed to be reordered not I’m not happy about this

Habitation inspection.
Went to KCC this week for my habitation inspection on my camper van ..as an ex employee I would not go anywhere else...Great service and such a helpful friendly team ... as I was there a customer came in with a crate of beer to say thank you for the help last week ..he had pulled in on his travels with a problem...typical Kimberley fashion they tried there best to help.

Richard who sold us caravan was amazing…
Richard who sold us caravan was amazing 5 stars, after living in caravan for few days we couldn’t turn on control panel to turn hot water on, I called up company Friday last week I spoke to engineer on phone they couldn’t solve issue, they put me back to person I spoke to before, they said would get engineer out , said I would have to pay call out fee even though still under warranty, they told me on the Friday that they would call me on the Monday it’s Wednesday now still heard nothing, I guess they not interested that we just spent money on a caravan

Where do I start?? The service, support and communication has been outstanding throughout our journey of choosing a dream caravan, fit for our needs…. from understanding the correct tow rate ratio, understanding how the caravan functions, excellent handover and all with a smile. Knight in Shining Armour. We had a very very bad experiencece at…
We had a very very bad experience at your Darlington branch. Was prepared never to use Kimberley caravans ever again although we had always used the Nottingham branch in the past.
We decided to just look and then go some where else to buy
Met my knight in shining armour Richard. He was a true gentleman we were very honest with him about our experience and Richard simply said let me try and turn your bad experience into a good one. True to his word he did exactly that. Not pushy at all but had so much empathy with us. Richard in my opinion if, I was an under cover boss would be a training guru on how to treat people. If he made a sale he did and if not was not a big deal a very simple attitude in dealing with people. Unsure if Kimberley realise what a great asset he is to the team because he is so modest. Other people could vastly learn from him Many thanks to Richard for simply caring about people and trying to always help but more importantly care.

Service department never put my warranty claim through. Never returned my phone calls. Still waiting to hear about my claim
