We recently installed new UPVC windows and a composite front door with Kingsbridge Living and honestly, we wish we’d done it sooner.
The difference has been huge. The house feels warmer and much quieter straight away, and the new composite front door has completely transformed the look of the front of the property. It feels solid and secure, and we’ve already had a few neighbours comment on how smart it looks.
The fitters were brilliant. Turned up when they said they would, really polite, and clearly take pride in what they do. They covered everything properly, worked efficiently and left the place spotless afterwards.
We're very pleased with Kingsbridge, and will definitely recommend! 👍🏻

Very disappointing experience – misleading advice and poor aftercare.
We decided to replace some of our windows both downstairs and upstairs with Kingsbridge Living, mainly because we were struggling with severe condensation and mould around the windows. One of the most problematic windows is in our bedroom and is a recessed window, so we were particularly careful to ask for professional advice before committing.
We repeatedly asked both the salesperson and the lead installer—on several occasions—whether new windows and sealing would fully resolve the condensation and mould issue. Each time, we were clearly and confidently assured that the new windows and seals would 100% fix the problem. There was no hesitation, no mention of other contributing factors, and no suggestion that condensation might still occur. Based on these guarantees, we trusted Kingsbridge and went ahead with the installation.
The total cost was over £6,000, which is a huge expense for us.
Only a few days after installation, we noticed exactly the same problem—heavy condensation, wet window sills, and no improvement whatsoever. When we contacted the company, we were suddenly told that windows cannot stop condensation and that other factors are involved. We were sent a leaflet explaining condensation, information that should have been clearly discussed before we signed the contract, not after we had paid.
When we explained that we had specifically asked about this multiple times and were repeatedly assured the problem would be solved, the company simply repeated that it was not their responsibility. At that point, it became very clear that once the sale was completed, we no longer mattered as customers.
To make matters worse, when payment was discussed (we are on a payment plan), the tone felt intimidating, with comments about dealing directly with a finance company if we did not pay—despite the fact that the product does not perform as promised.
In summary, we feel misled, disrespected, and let down. We were promised a solution that does not work, given incorrect and incomplete advice, and left with no meaningful support afterward. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious. Once they have your money, the service and accountability seem to disappear.

I recently had my patio doors replaced by Kingsbridge Living. The workman was very polite, efficient and left the house absolutely spotless where he had been working. The doors are exactly what I wanted, and they are of excellent quality. I realised I wanted to change how wide the doors opened once they had already been installed, and they sent someone back to alter them for me without extra cost or implication. Overall a very good experience, thank you.

We had 7 windows and our back door replaced and the difference is unbelievable. We were used to the house being very cold during the winter months and now it isnt. The windows and doors look good open rreally wide and can be locked while slightly open. The fitters were lovely, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves.We are really pleased with the end result.
We had plantation shutters installed and was very impressed with both the quality of these shutters and the professional installation undertaken by Steph and his colleague Terry.
I would without doubt recommend Kingsbridge Living.

From quote to installation everything was done on time as agreed and in a professional manner.
New windows and doors fitted to the whole of the house, so happy with the final outcome, has transformed the house.

A few months ago I got in touch with Kingsbridge Living regarding Shutters. Met a gentleman called David Cameron, lovely guy. Very helpful, full of knowledge and no pressure if you do not want to proceed following a quotation.
Since then I have had my loft insulated, my house was left spotless and from start to finish the workman was updating me. He asked me to look at the before and after in my loft.
I also had a front door fitted, lots of great comments regarding the door from neighbours. Yet again the fitter was very informative and again left the place spotless.
Looking forward to getting my shutters fitted in the near future.
Excellent service work carried out most efficiently and in a professional manner communication was exceptional and carried out very swiftly and courteously will definitely use again
Very good service from Kingsbridge Living - kept advised of the time scales and installation took place as planned - no fuss with installation and all left tidy - have now completed replacement windows around the house and very pleased with the look and quality of product and installation.

The experience that I've had with this company had been brilliant the first person that I spoke to started with all the spill they had to say which I stopped and he wasn't offended he understood me the person who measured didn't have a lot to do with was nice the man who put the door etc in was amazing so good at his job nice man and left the place spotless the owner of this phone was lovely friendly polite and good at his job THANKYOU

We recently had new Fascia’s and windows installed and are extremely delighted. The workman were such a pleasure, always punctual, polite and kept the working area tidy. Which was great as we have young children. We absolutely love the new look of the work. Everything was cleaned and tidied up better than we first left it! The workers definitely deserve a raise! It was them who recommended to get our windows done and seeing the work they done with the fascia’s it was a no brainier!
Cold called as in area and gave us very competitive rates for front and rear house door and one shutter, polite and didn’t push sales, followed up with calls ,slight delay on date to fit but waiting on part, called to follow up as didn’t have call to confirm but office very helpful . All following communication very good , fitter polite friendly and did a great job. Gave 4/5 purely for the delay in fitting but once done all was great , competitive price , good quality and neat and tidy workmanship , would definitely use again
Salesman was not pushy and did seem to know his job. Windows fitted over 2 days. Tidied up after each day look lovely. Good quality and happy with work done. One window had a tiny crack and fitter had noticed this and ordered new window straight away. Always helpful over the phone and patient with few delays on our part due to ill parent.
