The work to replace two windows was carried out efficiently and expediently.

The installers were friendly and although they had some problems they just carried on, we were very happy with the service and the quality is very good. I would have no reservations about recomending your company to anyone. We are thinking about 2 small windows in the back oh the house which we hope to do next year

The windows, doors and gutters that Kingsbridge have installed here were carefully done. From the initial survey to the final clearing up we could not have had better service and are pleased with the results.

Very poor customer care, I have had a problem with my front door since August, I have been told that they no longer deal with the suppliers for my front door but parts have been ordered and have not been delivered. I have not been kept advised of what is going on and each time I ring I have been fobbed off with the promise of a call back which never happens. The Company owner has a poor attitude towards customers. No attempt was made to allay my worries, unless you count talking over me and threatening to put the phone down on me as good customer service. Complaints are a part of any business, how you deal with them really matters to customers that have an issue and shows how much you appreciate their custom. Without them you have no business. I would not recommend this company to friends etc,

Kingsbridge Living were excellent from the quotation through to installation. The quality of the materials to replace our soffits, facia and gutters was very good and the installers were very polite and professional throughout. I have no hesitations in recommending this company.
