Kitchen Touch Up Paint Avis 

Great customer service. Considering it was a little product I was after, I was absolutely surprised by the very professional and prompt replies and service that I got. I now have a solution to my previous issue - and a very happy customer!

We had a new, high gloss kitchen from Wren.
Two months after installation, we found a small chip on the side of a door.
Not a disaster, but very annoying!
Found "kitchen Touchup Paint"on the Internet and ordered what I hoped was a matching touch up set.
It arrived in no time atall, and is a perfect match.
Great product, excellent service.

Very relieved!! Our brand new kitchen had been damaged in several places during the building works... I was apprehensive about a colour match as it was a 'paint to order' kitchen. I sent Richard an email and he went the extra mile in ordering a sample from Howdens to ensure the match. End result - a very happy & relieved customer!! Product is excellent quality. The pen lid was tight to get off but otherwise all good. I would recommend applying it slowly for best results... Thank you Richard for saving our kitchen!

I am absolutely delighted with this paint. The colour is perfect and I have now touched up my kitchen everywhere there was a scuff and it now looks as good as new. Really happy and would definitely recommend.

Perfect colour match. Chipped kitchen doors look like new. Went the extra mile to mix up gloss paint that wasn't on the website. Very speedy response to emails and quick delivery.

Great product that exceeded my expectations. I set out to repair one chip on my cabinets and ended up touching up corners and marks that I had stopped seeing. It was easy to apply and transformed my units so they look almost new again. What seemed a little pricey for a small tube of colour is worth every penny and more.
Delivery was prompt with no issues.

Our a few years old kitchen had some scratches and I was looking for a solution. Luckily, I found Kitchen Touch Up Paint in a lava gray colour, it’s a perfect match. Easy to use, the kitchen looks brand new.

Highly recommend, colour match was great. You can see if you know what you are looking for and go really close but its made my kitchen look new again.

I started with the fine tool but even a big kitchen with 15 years of nicks and scratches was easily dealt with one bottle and my being lazy and using the brush and enough to even cover some of the small edges of the woodwork.

Worth getting the offer of 3 so you can even improve the units, e.g. from when they were made the tops of the doors have tiny grain/holes which i'll use another bottle to make them look even better and some of the awkward ridges which were tricky to clean and still have one left over for future upkeep.

Perfect colour match apart from the units I hadnt cleaned enough!

Very mean 4 stars only because the lid was a bit of a pain to pull off; i needed to lever it with a knife

I bought a kit to touch up a few chips and scratches on our 20 year old kitchen. The kit consists of a marker pen sized implement with 3 kinds of paint applicator, a hollow needle attached to the reservoir, a small brush also attached to the reservoir below the needle and a few applicators rather like cotton buds. Together they provide everything you are likely to need for touching up small amounts of damage to your painted kitchen units.
The transparent cap was difficult to remove, but after some speedy advice via email from the supplier, the cap was removed successfully.

Excellent product - great colour match and easy to use. Good service - received the product really quickly. The Meadow Green colour match is great. I've been able to repair a chipped corner cupboard and side panel. Easy to use built-in brush, didn't need any special equipment, and dries in 15 minutes so I could see the effect and add another layer as needed.

We had a new kitchen fitted and there were a couple of small nicks. Although they’re difficult for others to see, they would have driven me potty.
I bought this, and it’s a really good colour match. I’m pleased with the purchase.

Not quite what I was hoping for. I double-checked the cabinet range, colour and finish before ordering, but once applied the touch-up was a different shade and remained visible after drying. It doesn’t blend into the surrounding panel, so the repair still catches the eye.

I tried using a very small amount and feathering the edges, thinking it might settle as it cured, but the colour difference is still noticeable, particularly in natural light. Because of that I ended up going to a local paint shop and having a custom mix made, which matched straight away.

The reason this isn’t a 1-star review is that the paint itself is good quality, the pen is easy to control for small chips, and the delivery was quick. Unfortunately, the colour match just wasn’t there for my kitchen.

Update: After leaving my original review, the company reached out, apologised, and issued a full refund without me asking and without requiring a return. That level of customer service was genuinely appreciated and makes a big difference. While the colour wasn’t a match for my particular cabinet, they handled the situation extremely well, which is why I’m updating my rating.

Excellent product perfect match for my colour very good spray nozzle which means you don’t get runs easily and a full tin of paint not like some other ones I have bought

The colour match perfectly with my cupboard as it was fern green, I was really pleased with the kitchen touch up paint will definitely buy again

Great product, after chipping an expensive trim mould whilst fitting my kitchen I found this paint online. It matches exact and the the repair is almost invisible. Really happy.
