Perfect colour match to my wren kitchen. Really fast response to my queries too. Great service Thank you.

Product took quite a while to arrive and when the white gloss was applied. It did not do the job, poor match and didn’t look great.

I contacted the company. They didn’t have a match for my kitchen. I sent my old touch up pen to them - I dealt with Richard, who was brilliant. He arranged to have a new colour mixed for me, a new pen was sent (within a few days). It is a perfect colour match. I was more than happy to purchase this product, but Richard advised that as it was a new colour there would be no charge. I would certainly recommend and use this company again myself. Brilliant!

Initial contact via chat box, provided quick confirmation that the colour i had chosen was correct and available. Order placed and delivery despatched very quickly via PO tracked 48. Unfortunately PO managed to lose the package. This was completely out of Kitchen touch ups control. However, following a quick conversation via chat box a further package was despatched and arrived 48 hours later.

Cannot comment on colour match at this stage as we haven't tested but based on our experience i am confident that in unlikely event all is not as we hope that this will be resolved professionally.

I had excellent care and customer service from Richard who managed to provide me with a colour match touch up kit for a discontinued Wren Kitchen colour after sending him a small sample. What a life saver.

Kitchen Touch Up were fantastic.
I ordered a colour touch up pen for a scratched kitchen cabinet, it didn’t exactly match my cabinet colour when I received it. I informed Kitchen Touch Up of this, who went to great lengths to make sure I received the exact colour match for my cabinets.
I’d highly recommend this company for anyone who needs a colour match for a kitchen cabinet chip, scratch or scuff repair. They are a very professional, efficient and helpful company.

Amazing service! I ordered the wrong colour and they immediately sent out a replacement, no questions asked.

I received Howdens Marine Blue touch up paint some time ago, there was a problem with the colour match. Initially I was very impressed, my order arrived quickly. My complaint was dealt with quickly and I was refunded.

I was told they would mix a new colour and inform me when I can re order. After not getting an update from them I sent three emails asking if I can now buy the correct paint. To date, no reply.

I am very disappointed and feel I am being ignored hoping I will go away, I am at a complete loss why this is so. If there was an issue scanning the new colour it would have been professional to at least reply and tell me.
