Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company! I spent over $50 only to receive 2 t-shirts that are made of poor quality material. I would be embarrassed to give these to my daughters. Also these shirts are MENS sizes! I ordered a large and it is enormous! Of course they don’t have a customer service number so I emailed and they basically said no refunds. I can’t understand who these people are giving five star reviews.

Overpriced, cheap quality, arrived stained
Overpriced, cheap quality, bad customer service. You can get the same thing on Etsy for 1/3 the price with better service. The T-shirt arrived stained, poorly printed and on paper-thin fabric. Sent photos of all three of these problems to customer service requesting refund, and they keep asking for more photos instead. Classic stall technique, exhaust the customer til they give up. There are lots of better places; Go elsewhere is my advice.

Total lack of transparency
I live in Belgium and ordered a mug from here. The mug itself was as expected and great but turns out the item was shipped from the UK which was not at all clear on the website nor was it mentioned when I entered the delivery address. I had to pay almost 50% more as custom fees. On top of this, they kept sending emails to leave a review and when I mentioned this issue and wrote a 3 star review, they didn’t even publish it. It’s not very surprising then that all they have are 5 star reviews on their website. Find this very dishonest and bad service

Good customer service
I was worried the website was a scam but it is not. I ordered two items: a mug and a scratching post. The mug arrived but the scratching post was lost in transit. I contacted customer service by email and they sent me a refund for the item quickly (within one week). I was very pleased with the mug and the customer service provided regarding the lost item.

Customer service ok, solved problem
They place a lot of adverts on Facebook. I made an order with them, and contacted them straight away about a change. In the checkout appeared size S, but I put size M into the basket. I got a response a day later, saying they would change it accordingly
The order arrived on time. Thanks very much.
