Great customer service over phone
Class photos can always be a challenge, and when we phoned Kittle up to explain that our child's face was blocked, they found another version, printed and posted to us free of charge.
Unfortunately the photo arrived damaged by shipping due to folding and jamming the letter through a small mailbox hole. Kittle was kind enough to reprint and send another copy free of charge.
10/10 customer service.

Terrible print quality
Terrible print quality, Terrible photography. Horrible white back ground.
I paid for a cardboard frame only for it to be further ruined with company logo on the front corner.

Continual disappointment
For the last three years I have been met with disappointment for both of my children’s class photo and individual photo. It’s like the photographers don’t think about what they are doing. Just received my daughters year 6 class photo and honestly I’m sad and again disappointed, not only for me but for her as this is her last year at primary and this is what we are receiving. Not even a whole class photo, split into small groups of 3 and 4 and then all put into one photo like a collage. Not impressed at all. Overpriced and terrible photos!

We haven't received the printed class…
We haven't received the printed class picture for over a month, which is also overpriced! They don't care how the child looks in the picture, and they don't fix any minor mistakes in the pictures! (sticker on the sweater) The color of the digital picture is horrible, but at least it can be downloaded immediately!

Poor work quality
This company does pictures for the school. Once a year they come to take pictures. Few years ago there were 3 pictures to choose from, now only one shot, for £18 digital copy. They never check if the kid is keeping their normal face or something is wrong with their clothes. 2 years a a row pictures go terribly wrong. The kid does not look himself on the picture and everyone say so. Also I could not get a picture of my own kid last year, reached out to them, they said contact the school, school said that KP should have given me access etc. in the end I have no pictures or even chance to see them. I would be much happier if they will have one class photo and one portrait.
Excellent customer service
I ordered my daughter’s school photo but never received it.
After some email tennis it transpired that I had made a typo on my email address.
Hayley Martin was helpful, patient and even phoned me to ensure everything was ok.

My son’s school used them for photos and there was only one photo “choice” plus nearly £5 delivery on top of 2 cardboard frames for £14.25. Very disappointing

Expensive and disappointed
Quality of photographs were really good. However, frames arrived damaged and I spent just over £75 to purchase the photos. Was very disappointed with what you get for your money. Prints were small and they weren’t pre cut to put it in frames. The frames were white and had their company logo on them which I didn’t want. Very high price for what you get for it. Sadly would not recommend.

Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service. Have a call centre to solve issues so passed from one person to another and a lot of 'I don't know let me put you on hold.' A photography experience should be a personal experience with a photographer not a call centre. Had pictures taken in September...still not had them rubbish
Very expensive and disappointed
Very expensive and disappointed. I order my son’s picture for £23 and I couldn’t downloaded after I complained they said I will get a printed one as-well because of the issues experienced to find latter on that they won t send it anymore and it was just a miss understanding. Is not even a good picture. Not professional at all.

Really great and helpful when I found I'd downloaded the wrong photo. All sorted and lovely pictures too.
Excellent customer service
I was struggling to order what I needed as the code my child's school gave did not work. I spoke to the customer service team who put me through to Hayley and she managed to sort everything out for me. She was really helpful, patient and was able to navigate me around the problem.

I had an issue with finding one of my child pictures as I didn’t get the code from the school. But Hayley Martin was very calm and professional in helping me to find the code more than that very fast in replying by email! Normally It takes days to get email reply but she was very fast and helpful! I really appreciate her help!

Excellent service and choices of gifts
Excellent service, made an error on ordering and this was easily rectified by the team! Special thanks to Hayley who did an excellent job! Thumbs up!
One star minus is because of the cost of one digital photograph, which I didn't order. But there are other options / gifts and special offers that are much more affordable. Do check out.
£23 for a single photo download
£23 for a single photo download. That is £23 for ONE Photo, that you will then need to pay attentional cost to print, at a reasonable price at you local shop because this company will charge rates that will make your head spin for printing. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Expensive & hard to use website
The picture quality wasn't that bad, but they are expensive. We got one photo option to choose from and there website was hard to use. I wouldn't recommend.

This company has refused to replace my missing photos because I reported the issue outside their 28-day discretionary period. On top of that, their customer service has been unprofessional, focusing on irrelevant details rather than addressing the actual problem.
