Complete scam. I ordered the 4 piece bundle with dryer hair removal kit on 12/22. They have “attempted delivery” 3 times. They send email with a tracking number, alternate tracking number and website link but all lead to an invalid website. I have emailed them with no response. I will report to my CC company as not delivered items and as fraud.

I ordered a grooming brush. Allegedly attempted a delivery. They didn't. Contacted their customer service, accused of a wrong address.
They have sent a replacement as a refund isn't an option. The item still has not appeared.
Really annoyed. Really awful business

Total scam, product does not work. They will not respond to return requests. Chinese rip off.

I wish I could give it NO stars. I paid $46.98 for a package deal od four gloves and a few other things. One glove arrived and it doesn't work AT ALL!!! I have no idea how they set up that ad collecting a string of hairs. Spam! FRAUD!! DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!

Total scam. I ordered the special deal of the 4 gloves plus laundry hair catchers, and only ONE glove was delivered. I do like the glove but it's not worth it at all for $46.98 which is the insane price I paid. I've contacted the company but haven't heard anything back. Total ripoff.

Their return policy is a LIE!!! They say you can return for any reason within 30 days, then deny your return giving you the same copy+paste response as everyone else:

“Thank you for reaching out. We've reviewed your request, and since the product is in good condition and not damaged, we're unfortunately unable to process a return or refund at this time, in line with our return policy.

We understand this may not be the response you were hoping for, and we truly appreciate your understanding. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let us know-we're here to help!”

I purchased this product 14 days ago, so I am well within their return policy. They make you send photos of the product, then they deny your return, going directly against their words on their own website. The gloves do not work on short chihuahua hair.

The product page for the kivori deshedding brush shows a wooden handled brush (almost identical to a competitor's product). However, Kivori shipped plastic brushes direct from China.

You people don't have very good reviews, and there is a reason. I ordered buy two and get two with 3 pet hair catchers. I received only one glove. Very unhappy, get your act together.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! I got it and it doesn’t work on coarse dog hair and in there return policy it says it has to be in unused condition and with original packaging. Then when I asked for a refund their reply is

This type of company is scamming people and you should not trust buying from them. It’s a very cheaply made product!

The item was allegedly delivered but I never received the package. Spoke with Jessie and the courier took a picture of out mailroom but I do not trust the courier. No package and I am out $40

I ordered 4 gloves for the price of two, plus some bonus accessories. Only one glove arrived. I wrote back to them (the same Jessie someone else mentioned here). They told me they would send me the rest of my order and that I would receive a confirmation message when the package was shipped. One month later: nothing. I wrote again and asked for a refund. They told me they currently had so many orders that they were delayed, but that they would send the package and I would receive a confirmation message, blah blah blah. Another month later: NOTHING. I wrote again to request a refund, and they sent me a message saying that my package (the first incomplete order) had indeed been delivered.
This is a Canadian company, even if the product is made in China. There are consumer protection laws here. I’ll see what I can do.
BUT DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered this online and immediately realized it had the wrong shipping address. I immediately reached out and asked for a refund.

One of the representatives Jessie Alexis reached out and offered to change the shipping address.

I got confirmation that it was changed but I never received the package. I realized it was because they sent it to the old incorrect shipping address.

I reached out multiple times but never got a response until now. They will straight up ignore your emails.

The item doesn't work as described. Customer service just said well. Sorry about that. Way too expensive for something that doesn't work.

Product never delivered. Tracking shows it in customs awaiting information. Bank account charged. Stay away from this fraudulent vendor. $41 negative experience.

Two weeks have passed and my order has not shipped.

It's been over a month and I still didn't receive my product. Jessie from customer support responded once apologizing since on the tracking page it said delivered but that was weeks ago and she said she will look into the matter with nothing at all.

And of course no matter how many emails you sent, they never reply to you. It's a total scam!!

It works okay. Definitely not worth the hype, or the price. They’re flimsy and are designed terribly— they just don’t stay on your hand, and will either fall off or fold up when moved in pretty much any direction. There should definitely be a flat piece or some sort of support inside on the bottom. Also, the two giant holes/pockets for your fingers to somehow stay inside and keep the whole thing moving smoothly just doesn’t make sense. Would be better if the top were made like a real glove, or even just a handle would be better.
In terms of hair removal: I would only recommend if you have *fluffy*, piled-up fur. Short hair, coarse hair, stray hairs on clothes/furniture, anything partly embedded into fabric— it’s pretty much useless, and definitely doesn’t pile up nicely like the ads show.

I bought a few extras to give as gifts, but probably won’t bother now.

On 8/13/25, I ordered 2 pet hair removal gloves for $29.99 using their "Buy one, get one free" offer. They only sent me 1 item. On 8/27/25 I emailed them about it and got a prompt response, apologizing and saying they would send the other one immediately. 6 weeks and many emails later, still nothing.

I BOUGHT A PACK OF 4 GLOVES (40,90€) WHICH WAS SUPPOSEDLY COMING WITH A FREE TRIAL OF WASH MACHINE HAIR REMOVER.
AFTER A VERY LONG WAIT I RECEIVED ONLY 1 GLOVE.
WROTE TO THEM TO ASK FOR AN ADDRESS WHERRE TO SEND THE GLOVE BACK AND ASKED FOR IMMEDIATE REFUND.
JESSIE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE WROTE TO ME ASKING TO GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE WHICH I AGREED UPON.
AFTER 2MONTHS I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING.
WROTE MANY TIME ASKING TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
THEY NEVER ANSWERED, INSTEAD THEY SENT ME THE TRANSPORTER CONFIRMATION OF CORRECT DELIVERY.
KIVORY IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!

I ordered their pet hair removal gloves which is supposed to remove pet hair from your furniture easily and quickly. It doesn’t work at all. They have a 60 day satisfaction guarantee or your money back policy which they refused to honor.
This is a company that you absolutely should not trust or do business with.
