Zero customer service. Inconsistent product and no quality control. Some bottles of the Yeast Drops contained a lighter colored liquid, some were overly dark and black!!!

Terrible company

Terrible company, they refuse to refund for product not received in 17 days and cannot tell me when it will arrive. All they say is it’s shipped. The 30 day money back guarantee will be void till you get the product. The only reason they got 1 star is because I had to select something. Don’t waste your time and money

Warranty is fake!

They promote 90-day risk-free trial / money-back guarantee with their yeast drops.
There was no improvement with my dogs scratching, when I asked for a refund they said they cannot accept returns due to safety reasons and therefore cannot provide a refund!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

One of the worst customer service…

One of the worst customer service culture I’ve encountered in some time. My product was not damaged but did not perform as advertised which can be a legitimate return for most companies but customer service representative Jessie Alexis rather then accepting my complaint at face value made every attempt to create a mistrustful experience. I hope Ms. Alexis wasn’t echoing company policy by insisting on multiple emails to verify my position only to reject the return in the end.

Avoid Kivori.

This has been one of the more frustrating customer experiences I’ve had in a while.

I received an incomplete order — the “pet hair dissolver” that was supposed to be included was missing. On top of that, the product itself did not perform as advertised, which I documented and sent to their team.

From there, it went downhill.

Multiple emails went unanswered. When I finally got a response, they dismissed the issue and refused a return or refund, claiming the product was “in good condition” — completely ignoring the missing item and the fact that it doesn’t work as represented.

I gave them multiple chances to resolve this directly, including a final notice with a clear deadline. No response.

For $46.95, they chose to ignore a customer instead of making it right. That tells you everything you need to know about how they operate.

As a business owner, I can’t wrap my head around that decision. Short-term thinking like this costs far more in lost trust than the value of a simple refund.

Buy accordingly.

I received an email from this company that a reorder of the yeast drops was being sent! I DID NOT reorder this! There is no phone number to contact the customer service for this company. I sent numerous emails to their address to stop this reorder.

This policy is in place to ensure that all products provided to our customers meet our strict quality and safety standards.' TOTAL RIPOFF and I think Jessica is fake.

Scam

Scam. Ordered drops in January and have yet to receive them in April. After multiple attempts to get a refund they continue to just say they’re contacting the carrier.

Would give a 0 if possible. This “company” is a complete scam. It was shown as in the US. I placed an order and realized after that it was not US based. I got shipping details but it never arrived. Then they charged me for a recurring order. Still no first order in sight and I had not signed up for recurring shipments. Went to their website to try to cancel. There’s no option to and it has my card info saved. I never save card info on websites. I had to call my bank and get everything changed.

i ordered yeast drops from them only ordered a one time purchase and they have stuck me with this i cannot find a way to cancel from them there is no phone number no email and calling synchrony bank is a joke i guess i will have to close my credit card at pay pal for i called them also louis could not help me and he wouldn't get me a supervisor so there you go but i am not going to keep paying for something i did a one time purchase of course they probably changed it. I will never order from them again

Total Scammers

I ordered you the Kivori yeast drops. They advertise made in America however the product showed up in international packing from china and says made in China on the box. They offer a 90 day money back guarantee but will not respond to my emails. This company is a scam and I am definitely not giving these to my dogs . STAY AWAY

Don’t order from them! I was so excited to find an all natural product to help my dog. Now I want to dispute every charge and get a new card bc I’m worried they will continue to charge my card.

My original order arrived after three weeks. I was never able to use the tracking number I was sent and I was worried my order was lost. I emailed the company and received a professional sounding response but it was unhelpful. The order of yeast drops arrived and I started using it on my dog’s food. At first it seemed to help with the itching but after a week I couldn’t really tell.

At this point I received an email confirming a second order. I never placed a second order or signed up for a subscription. I remember thinking I want to see if this works before I get more. I emailed the company and they said it was too late to cancel bc it was a subscription and a few days later I received an email to confirmed it had shipped.

I received my “order” but it was only one bottle of the yeast drops this time. It was suppose to be two bottles.

Now I’ve had more time to try these drops on my dog. Her itchy spots are not improved at all, I would say they are worse.

Save yourself the trouble and DON’T order these.

Kivori offers a 100% NO QUESTIONS ASKED refund policy. I went in and requested a return and was asked "why", when I stated their policy back to them they "sent it up the chain of command" if you will, and guess what? Surprise! NO responses. You only have 30 days to return so now after their run around I am past the 30 days. My Discover has been little help as the merchant "Provided valid documentation that the charge is valid"> I never said the charge wasnt valid, I said they wont stand by their own policy! I have had to appeal this with my credit card as they reach out to the merchant again. I expect the run around more. My appeal was in my favor but Kivori has appealed once again and "won", I will be appealing this until Discover no longer lets me file. What a hassle and lesson learned to do my homework before buying products off Facebook.

SCAM🚨🚨If I could give a big fat ZERO, I would. Refusal to stop a subscription I never agreed to and cannot find a way to stop it. They offer refund but never respond back. Product does not seem to work either

Do not order from this store. No manufacturer on my boxes when they finally arrived. Will not give me address to return product for refund. Product not safe for your animals. Waited over a month for product and now another month.

"'They just keep sending.."..

they send me 6 bottles ,, of the drops for yeast infection They would send me emails saying my order was on the way. I never ordered except once. I kept responding and today i receive these 6 new bottles. I had to call my credit card company to put a stop to any more shipments. I also had them take the new charge off my card and issued a dispute. No place to return these bottles because there is no refund policy...

If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not buy from this company. I ordered some yeast drops almost 2 months ago. When I tried tracking my order, I got a message that said they didn’t recognize the tracking number. I emailed Kivori to ask about my package and they charged me a second time and supposedly sent a second order. I emailed them back(you can’t call them because they’re a scam) and they had automatically signed me up for a subscription when I emailed them. I told them I didn’t want a subscription and wanted a refund because I haven’t received even one of my orders. They replied that my subscription was cancelled but have not replied to multiple emails requesting they refund me. It’s been almost 2 months and I have received no products, no longer get any response, and have not received any refund. This is by far the worst company ever, if they are in fact even a company. I looked at reviews on Amazon and they were okay, but when I ordered through their online store instead of Amazon they have been horrible. Absolutely a fraudulent company or completely worthless. Stay far away.
