Overpriced, poor quality. Sizing not true to normal sizing. I ended up with a shoe that is too big and too wide. Lacks support. If they get dirty you must immediately spot clean otherwise the stain remains & nothing will clean it. I tried machine washing several times, tried various cleaners, the insole twists & the stain remained. DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY STAY AWAY. Very poor customer service the shoes I bought for my husband hurt his toes very badly and they want to charge me £40 to return sub standard shoes. I wrote to them saying this was not acceptable and they are not responding. STAY AWAY very bad customer service and clearly they do not believe in their product if they penalise you for returning their sub standard shoes

I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering. I was led astray by the all-five star reviews on the Kizik website. Upon receiving my shoes, I found the fit was awful. Yes, you can slide your foot in, but these shoes have absolutely no support, and a cheap foam bottom with no tread. These look like they would fall apart in the span of a few months...if I didn't twist my ankle first. They're worse than slides. When I tried to submit a review on the Kiziks website, the form wouldn't work. Not only that, but upon closer viewing, even the negative reviews show five stars...so it looks like the product has 1000+ five star reviews when actually a number of those customers were unhappy or returned their shoes. Very sketchy. That's what I get for buying a product I heard about on Instagram I guess!

Don’t buy anything out of this company. It is very poorly very cheap made shoes , and trust me they don’t want to take them back. It is ugliest, not true to the size shoes. They will never give you money back. very disappointed.

I cannot believe that a company will not let you return or exchange their shoes if you walked outside?? WHAT? REALLY? How are you suppose to know how your fit is going to be if you only wear them IN THE HOUSE?? SUCH A RIDICULOUS POLICY! I could understand if they were messed up but that's not the case! SMH!

My male feet are sz C or D(depending on the brand), in other words run a little narrow. I tried the Kizik sneakers for a week, but they remain floppy and uncomfortable. I tried tightening the laces, but the sneakers are still too wide for me at the widest part of the foot, and the slip-on feature works poorly after tightening the laces to try to get a fit (works OK with looser fit) .

Tried them for the first time amazing shoes very comfortable highly recommend , I have issue with my knee and they definitely help me alot so get yourself some Kizik’s .

My shoes arrived quickly (sooner than expected!) and they provided order confirmation and the ability to track my delivery, which I wasn’t sure that they would do, so that was good. I’m really happy with the shoes, they’re very comfortable, they feel well made and you can slip in and out easily without damaging the heel, as I do with all my other shoes! I got Vegas in white and I’m able to wipe them clean.

Fellow Canadians beware. The post shows US$129 but without warning when your about to pay your gonna pay CDN$246. I asked Kizik why the exorbitant exchange rate & they claimed shipping & taxes but their advert says No shipping costs.

They’re the best slip on sneakers made. The only ones where you can adjust how tight they wear with laces.

Read a couple bad reviews after oderig the Gray prauges size 12 wide. It just goes to show you you can’t please everyone. I think some people have to find something wrong with anything. So my prauges got here yesterday and I love them quality is great the canvas is a little stiff but that’s a good thing cause the just slip on very easy they laces you can adjust then leave them alone. They might not be as comfortable as my slip on sketchers but are still comfy and fit perfect. Highly recommended!!!! I’ll be buying a pair of Athens next

Do not buy kiziks they are poorly made after less than a month of actual wear the the shoe is falling apart

The shoes are not comfortable for me.
They do go on extremely easy which is handy.
I contacted the manufacturer via chat and they suggested I remove the insoles and put in some better ones.
I changed my review to three stars because the manufacturer made an exception and took the shoes back.

Ordered from the google recommended Australian kizik website which turned out to be fraudulent. Only received a fake Gucci hat from China instead in the mail. Do not order from the defenderoutlet website which it directs you to!

Beware that the shoes depicted on the Kizik website are not what they actually sell. They show shoes with laces that are bonded without bows or requirements for tying. However when you receive the shoes, they are normal tie shoes. For persons with disabilities, this sort of defeats the purpose of buying this type of shoe if you still have to bend down and tie the shoes. The one shown on the website and in their videos are just modified to have a cleaner look in the photographs. This amounts to basically bait and switch or misrepresentation of the shoes.

They advertise free returns in ads outside the UK but the small point says US only. They wanted nearly £40 to return a pair of shoes. This company deserves to fail. Pity.

Super comfortable right out of the box. We don’t wear shoes in the house so I bought these as shoes I will only wear in the house since I’m on my feet all day. Great support - I have a high arch, a narrow heel and they are a great fit. No slipping or uncomfortable rubbing anywhere. Easy to slip in and out of. Love the blush colour. Such a pretty shoe!! Will order more to wear outside lol Highly highly recommend.

Hello fellow Canadians - Walk away from KIZIK fast - don’t get sucked in. They admitted it was a faulty shoe - the faulty part - THE HEEL! The design element that “sets them apart”.

Their website says “returns made easy” … sure it’s easy - the customer pays for their faulty product! They don’t lose - the customer does.

It’s a shame that a company won’t stand behind their own product - a $235/pair product.

It’s another sheister company where you need to read the small print and don’t get sucked into their “marketing”.

DO NOT BUY @wearkizik shoes!

BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!!!!!!!!
No where on the site does it say that the sizes are American not UK/EUROPEAN, so ended up with 2 pairs of shoes that were far to small. Then when I requested to return the shoes that's when you are HIT with the return cost £42.00. There is no choice for you to use alternative couriers. You only find this out when you get a response from Kizik requesting a return.
