Worked with KJD, Tiegan specifically, for a house purchase from September 2025-June 2026. This time frame is absolutely no fault of KJD - there were 3 houses in that, 1 fell through completion week, 1 we pulled out of and our final forever home! Cannot fault the efforts put in by Tiegan to keep things moving throughout. Very clear expectations, time frames and processes. Everything was explained to us thoroughly and when information was available to give, it was straight to our inbox. The selling of our property was a drawn out process as can be the case which included on buyer pulling out at the last moment. We then started a second round and we became a bit frustrated with the solicitor dealing with this as a few mistakes were made. However, after raising the concern we were allocated Abbie O'Toole who was great and managed to get everything over the line.

KJD law have restored my faith in solicitors! My previous experience with several different companies had not been good. KJD dealt with the sale of our existing home and purchase of a new one. We were in the middle of a chain of six and unfortunately our buyers solicitor was incredibly unhelpful. The person handling our case was what I can only describe as incredible! She went way beyond what could reasonably be expected in order to get our move completed.
