New windows & door
We had our windows and doors replaced in November 2024. I cannot fault the experience, we were able to choose a date when worked for us for them to be fitted, the whole process was very smooth from start to finish. We love the end result too! The team worked really hard and we are very happy customers!

Great communication right from initial quote meeting through to installation.
Fitters were polite tidy and very efficient, no mess and a great job.

Great work done by the team…
The guys who came and completed the work were fantastic, very friendly and worked around me working from home. Due to some tight spots in my house, a few marks were left on the walls/doorways but I don’t think this could have been massively avoided. Communication regarding the initial scaffolding being put up wasn’t always clear, but we got there in the end!

They do what they say....
They do what they say..... swift service and kept well informed at all times. Rep and surveyor listened to what we wanted and had some good suggestions. The fitter, Shaun, was respectful of our property, worked very hard and, except for the new product, we wouldn't have known he'd been. There was no repair or making up to do by us. The product is good quality & looks nice. We would certainly recommend them.

Luke was lovely and friendly talking us through the process and window /door choices and ordering.

Wonderful windows and a great company
Although we wasn’t thinking about replacing the windows as we just came back from holiday KLIC gave us a very reasonable price they talked us through the process very well and was surprising how quick they took to put the windows in from the beginning of the process on the day the workers were very friendly and were done within 4 hours for 6 windows and when the windows were in they told us to make sure we were happy and showed us how to work them the windows have made a huge change to the house no more drafts and the house is a lot warmer with them and if we are too warm we can open the windows how much we want them thank you KLIC If someone wants windows replaced I would definitely tell them about you

Just putting the icing on the cake with added front door After excellent install of 2 window 2days later ordered new front door still people saying how good windows look so thank you.
From ordering type of windows surveyor to the installation everything has been so efficient. Also Andy was polite and professional while installing the 2 windows which he done perfectly as tidying up. Even had people commenting on the windows. Job well done

Lovely workmen, very polite and extremely professional. Went the extra mile when they saw a minor scratch on one of the handles and replaced for new. In all honesty, I may not have spotted it in the first place. Highly recommended

Window conservatory done with great efficiency. From initial discussion to deciding which style, to surveyor and installation. Windows ready for installation quickly and job finished to a high standard with great attention to detail. I was kept upto date every step of the way. When completed everything was cleaned and tidied (apart from new windows you would never know they'd been!)

So happy with the service all round
So happy with the service all round. The sales representative was very helpful and informative. The fitting team were very professional and extremely friendly, everything was fitted to a high standard and all mess was cleaned up afterwards. Both the quality and cost were amazing.
