Half full with broken pump
I purchased their buy one get one special. The shade was too dark. They would only replace one and sent me a half full bottle with a broken pump.

KLYR vs SCAM
I ordered mine on 4/9 and have not yet received so I sent a message to the support team and they replied immediately to let me know it was on the way. That same day, I received it in the mail. I emailed them back to let them know I received it and, once again, they replied immediately. For a minute, I thought I was scammed but it was the complete opposite. Thank you Klyr for a great product and great customer service.

What caught my attention was how clean and straightforward everything looked nothing gimmicky, nothing over the top.
That led me to their website, which was just as user‑friendly. It was easy to navigate, easy to understand and honestly made the whole experience feel simple and approachable.
I also ended up catching their BOGO deal, which made it even better. I purchased the light concealing cream, the tan drops + serum and the concealing sponge.

When they say it blends in well, it really does.
When they say it blends in well, it really does. It covers everything from red spots to dry skin to acne and more. And you can't tell that it's there, which really makes me more self-confident.
I bought two to take advantage of the sale and to have enough for a while. I took one star off because both pumps don't work, so I have to use a Q-tip to get it out. It still works great on my face, though.

It’s really good stuff - one gripe
It’s really good stuff. Once it dries doesn’t rub off. Gives my face a nice tint while blending in. I have a shaved head so it’s hard to not get a line when using product. Only gripe is it sits into fine lines and wrinkles. I have to use another concealer for under eye and will need to stay on top of my Botox! lol.

The concealing cream works really well
The concealing cream works really well. I have tried many different products to cover and this one works the best. I was having trouble with the pump on the bottle and the company was very responsive to my inquiry and resolved it quickly and offered a replacement. Very happy with the company and the product.

Glad to hear the concealing cream is working well for you. Regarding the pump, what you’re experiencing can sometimes happen due to air pressure build-up during transit, which affects how the product dispenses. Usually, a quick reset can fix it, but I understand that can still be frustrating.
Sometimes the air pressure inside the bottle needs a little nudge. Try lightly tapping the bottom of the bottle on a flat surface a few times; that usually gets the pump going.

Not what I expected
The buying experience was great however, Im highly dissapopinted with the product. The product does cover up the redness but is just too unatural. I would not recommend it.

From what you described, it’s often down to application technique—that's the most common reason it can look a bit unnatural. A few things that usually help:
-Use less product than you think—less really is more
-Apply your day cream first and let it fully absorb
-Focus only on the areas that need coverage, not the full face
-Blend well
It can take a couple of tries to get it right. If you’re open to it, give it another go with these tips and let us know how it goes.

Please be advised, if you choose the lighter shade, as I was directed to do, you will look like you’re wearing white-face, Kabuki makeup. Unfortunately I delayed sending the product back, within 30 day grace period,, hoping it would blend better & look more natural. Unfortunately that was not the case. I did reach out recently and asked, if I could exchange an unoped & unwrapped bottle of Klyr, for a darker shade. They said no to my exchange request but did offer me a 20% discount, on a future purchase. Being unhappy with their response, I threw away the used and unused bottle. and will NEVER use their product again.

We do stand by our customers and our product, especially when concerns are raised within our 30-day guarantee window. In many cases, we’re able to help with shade adjustments or find a better outcome when we hear from customers in time.
In this case, since the request came in about 3 months after delivery, it falls outside that window, which is why we’re limited in what we can offer.
And as discussed, we still wanted to give you an option, which is why we offered a discount as a gesture of goodwill — so you could try a better-matched shade without paying full price again.
