no customer service, feels scamy
The product is really not for me. I won't go into why at this time.
I have emailed 3 times asking for a refund and received no response.
There is no link of the site to cancel the subscription, despite the info link saying there is. I am expecting they will charge me again despite asking 4 times over email to cancel. Zero customer service makes it feel like a scam

May Guido and the creators of Klry have cold pillows forever. Their items are fire. From past acne, sometimes my face may have red marks and when I put this on, the coverage is perfect and looks natural. Never looks caked on like I’m wearing a full face of makeup. For those trying to find something that’s minimal looking but does the job that covers trouble areas, this one is it! So glad I bit the bullet and started Klyr a year ago.

It actually works and still looks natural
I was honestly a little skeptical at first, but Klyr has really worked for me and I love it. The concealing cream blends easily and helps cover redness and imperfections without looking heavy or obvious. It still looks like my skin, just smoother and more even, which is exactly what I wanted. It is also quick and simple to use, even if you do not normally wear makeup. I would absolutely buy it again and recommend it to anyone wanting subtle, natural looking coverage.

Made specifically for men and our skin. I've tried other brands and they leave my face looking worse...cakey and chalky looking. Klyr gives me a clean finish and you can't tell I'm wearing concealer.!😊

Surprised with the tone suggestion.
I’m really happy with the product. The test for your skin tone is super easy to do and it gives you accurate results. I got the Skylr Concealer tone light as suggested per test results. I was hesitant about the tone but I decided to go with the suggestion. I followed the instructions exactly. very clean application over face nothing messy, I really love the end result on my face. Even tone, minor imperfections coverage and even a little bit of a younger look.

I was hesitant to purchase but now wish I would have purchased sooner
I was hesitant to purchase a concealing cream as I wasn’t sure it would look natural or that it would be easy to apply. I was so surprised that both of my concerns were completely unwarranted. The first time I used the product it covered my rosacea completely. (Hint: use a good moisturizer and just a tiny bit of the concealing cream and blend blend blend!). I bought the light concealing cream and sponges and so happy to find a product that made me feel more confident when I went out in public). My only suggestion to the Klyr Marketing Team would be to make a broad spectrum SPF 30+ version in future. (Happy to be a test subject - you have my number lol)

Customer service is non existent once…
Customer service is non existent once order’s placed. Not sure where good reviews are coming from. I-be asked to cancel my auto two months many times, but they shipped and who knows if they’ll charge my account again, but will keep my eye on it cos I do not trust this company. Who knows what else will to wrong. I’ll never order from them again due to horrible customer service.

To clarify, we don’t create unauthorized subscriptions or charges. The subscription option can be enabled or disabled on our website before an order is placed, and we also send email notifications regarding subscriptions, upcoming renewals, and orders. It’s possible those notifications may have been missed, but we completely understand your frustration if the renewal came as a surprise.
Once a subscription is cancelled, there should be no further renewals or subscription orders. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into what happened and make this right for you.

Product effective, but not perfect
It is effective, but not to the level I had hoped for. My face is very red and I’ve tried other products. Klyr has been one of the best, yet it doesn’t always go on smooth even after rubbing in it gently for a few minutes.
