I was hesitant to purchase a concealing cream as I wasn’t sure it would look natural or that it would be easy to apply. I was so surprised that both of my concerns were completely unwarranted. The first time I used the product it covered my rosacea completely. (Hint: use a good moisturizer and just a tiny bit of the concealing cream and blend blend blend!). I bought the light concealing cream and sponges and so happy to find a product that made me feel more confident when I went out in public). My only suggestion to the Klyr Marketing Team would be to make a broad spectrum SPF 30+ version in future. (Happy to be a test subject - you have my number lol)

Customer service is non existent once order’s placed. Not sure where good reviews are coming from. I-be asked to cancel my auto two months many times, but they shipped and who knows if they’ll charge my account again, but will keep my eye on it cos I do not trust this company. Who knows what else will to wrong. I’ll never order from them again due to horrible customer service.

It is effective, but not to the level I had hoped for. My face is very red and I’ve tried other products. Klyr has been one of the best, yet it doesn’t always go on smooth even after rubbing in it gently for a few minutes.

I love your product, so many people have asked what do you do to make your complexion so flawless! A real confidence booster! Ive been using it for awhile now and have recommended it to so many of my mates.

I thought about buying Klyr for a long time before I finally made a purchase as I’d tried other products before and they were terrible. But I’m glad I did. Klyr works really well. You definitely only need a small drop for each section of your face, and I’d recommend using a make up sponge to blend the product out. And no one noticed. I just looked better and felt better. The redness and uneven skin tone was gone.

I originally bought two products from Klyr as part of their BOGOF offer, believing I had ordered the same shade. Unfortunately, I made an ordering mistake and selected two different shades, and when I tried the lighter one it was far too light for me.

My initial experience with customer service was disappointing. I felt that the response focused more on the restrictions of the BOGOF/returns policy and suggesting I simply use less product, rather than finding a practical solution to the shade issue. At the time, I found that frustrating and rather dismissive, which prompted my original negative review.

However, I’m very pleased to say that Klyr have since contacted me personally and completely turned the situation around.

Rochelle, their Customer Experience Lead, got in touch, apologised for how my query had originally been handled and acknowledged my concerns. Most importantly, Klyr offered to send me a replacement in a more suitable shade completely free of charge, with nothing to return and nothing else to purchase.

That is exactly the kind of customer service I had hoped for in the first place, and I have to give credit where credit is due. They listened to the feedback, took responsibility and put things right.

Having now had a proper opportunity to use the product, I should also say that I actually really like it. It applies nicely, covers imperfections and redness surprisingly well and, when blended properly, is almost invisible on the skin. For a men’s makeup product, I think it does a very good job without looking like you’re wearing makeup.

So, whilst my initial experience left me disappointed, Klyr have absolutely redeemed themselves. They handled my complaint properly, went the extra mile to resolve it and have restored my confidence in the brand.

Soon after posting my review, customer support reached out to me and offered to send me a replacement shade at no cost. They apologized for my initial experience and acknowledged they could do better. The replacement took 6 days to arrive which is much better than my original order but still longer than we've become used to in 2026. I've had a chance to use the product, and I'm still adjusting how best to apply it. A little DOES go a long way and using too much can appear like traditional concealer.
I really appreciate how this company responded and handled this experience. Based on that, I've adjusted my initial rating.

Whether this Concealing Cream+ for men product works is overshadowed by the lack of infrastructure at this company.
• I ordered 2 shades on 8/10/2026. The product was finally delivered on 8/23/2026, 13 days later. Both tops on the bottles were loose with one starting to leak.
• The prices advertised are for their “Subscribe and save 20%” offer which is turned ON automatically. Thankfully I read the reviews on Trustpilot and knew to turn it off before placing my order, which slightly raised the prices but still allowed the BOGO portion of the offer.
• I’m very fair but get a lot of sun during the summer which is why I bought 2 shades to use depending on time of year. It’s summer so I’m “darker”, but the LIGHT shade is too dark and looks like make-up. I wrote to ask how to exchange for the FAIR shade.

This was the reply: “Our Shade Swap Guarantee is designed to assist customers who may have accidentally selected the wrong single shade. Because of this, orders containing multiple shades are not eligible for a shade swap, as the policy is not intended for comparing or testing different shades.”

The policy on their site states: “Our Shade Technology helps Concealing Cream+ adapt naturally to your skin tone, and you can use the shade quiz to find your best match before ordering. Still not right? You’re covered by our 100% Shade Match Guarantee we’ll send you a new shade or give you a full refund, no questions asked.”
They offered 50% Off for me to buy another bottle. That’s not happening.
• I emailed the company twice; once about the expected delivery date and then about the exchange request. Each time, after only 2 hours, I received an email asking “How would you rate the help Joan gave you?” I didn’t even have time to read/react to the responses. Enough with the feedback requests.
• There is no reference to the shade on the bottle. It’s only on the box. Another cost-cutting measure for the company but not helpful to the consumer.
• The product itself is fine (the only reason for 2 stars) but not worth all of this at these prices.

Long time from the moment you order to the time you actually get it. After 3.5 weeks and several back and forth emails (with probably AI generated answers), I have decided to cancel the transaction.
So I never got to even try the product. If they treat their products the way they make you wait it doesn’t worth it.

The product is great! Goes on smoothly and not noticeable. I had a couple of package issues when received but was handled swiftly and professionally. 10/10 would recommend!

Update to below. Got a reply and it’s been sorted, so kudus to them, though I’d still check any order for auto renewal just in case, cause as if I didn’t notice i presume it would have went through. Will review item once received 👍

Not happy with this auto renewal. Bought 1 item which I thought was a standalone sale, now an email says I’m ropped in to at least buying the same item again next month which I don’t want and can’t cancel.£45. Scam, and no one at customer service has the decency to reply to my email

The service from Klyr is excellent. They responded to my queries very quickly. I purchased the Concealing Cream and it works brilliantly. I could not be happier with the product and the company.

The concealer and tan drops work exactly as they say they will, and a little bit goes a long way. Great value for money.

Delivery never received. Tracking said "delivered to mailroom" (my building doesn't even have a mailroom). Customer service (Joan) was worse than useless. As "proof of delivery," she forwarded photos of the front door of my 200-unit apartment building and some random packages tossed on the floor of my unattended lobby. Essentially called me a liar. No help, no apology, no offer to replace or refund.

I was skeptical but really suprised. This stuff works well. Better than the brand i have been using.

Applies very smoothly on skin and last all day without wearing off. Very nice product.

Fast and easy service from website to delivery, works well with dark circles and redness, just be careful, a little bit, not a lot, less than you think.
