Bought a new Milwaukee grease M18…
Bought a new Milwaukee grease M18 grease gun kit with the battery kit and 1/4 impact drill, Drill was not in stock and had to wait three weeks for the back order while the south store had the tool, was informed twice that the drill was in and upon arrive no drill was available. Wasted my time travelling.

I went to purchase some milwaukee…
I went to purchase some milwaukee products, when I went to pay for them I was informed that the company no longer receives the pre paid VISA gift cards... I received the gift cards from work , I had the receipts for them ect , I was told it's company policy not to accept them anymore. I should have just left the product at the check out and left and went to the big box store to make my purchase... this rejection of payment has been reported to VISA.

Kms has a good selection of tools, paint / polish supplies, air and electro machines, and machinery for a great variety of trades that others don't have for a fair price

I would not shop for power tools anywhere else.

I came in for a couple of sale items. Not all items are easy to find and sometimes difficult to find staff for direction.
The staff are ALWAYS friendly, but you also see many of them walk by you and not bother asking "have you found what you're looking for, or do you need help with anything?" That can be frustrating when you're looking for something.
KMS has a very good selection of products, pretty decent sale prices and knowledgeable staff.
