Knightspharmacy Avis 

Not impressed when went to Knights Redditch for flu and Covid jab. I’m 64 and work in private healthcare. As such I fulfill the criteria for both injections. The nurse at the clinic told me she couldn’t do the injections. She said a pharmacist would be able to, but there was no pharmacist there. Illogical. Very disappointed

Realy can't cope here with online prescriptions coming though from docs plus all the jabs & other stuff!
No wonder people kick off at the staff! Ain't their fault most of which are ok! Poor Management somewhere there eh!

Knights pharmacy in Newbridge Gwent. Short largish lady in a green nurse top, black shoulder length hair is so rude! Absolutely no need civility costs nothing. I won’t be going there again. Management need to have a word with her!

Absolutely dreadful. How can a chemist go from being brilliant when it was Pearns/knights, then sadly Paul, Sue & Megan finished and it is now gone to utter chaos. Paul has run this chemist brilliantly with an excellent helpful team behind him, but now there is always a huge que awaiting to be served. The staff are so rude, they don’t listen to what you’re saying/asking, constantly accusing the doctors surgery for not sending prescriptions over when in fact the doctors sent it over nine days earlier and it has got lost in the mayhem. They don’t answer the phone and the person who is normally serving definitely needs a course in customer service.

Dreadful. Since Knights took over our local pharmacy, the service and provision of medications has gotten much worse. They take a long time to do anything, they never answer the phone, and when they dispense medications there is invariably something missing. They never phone you to let you know they have been able to order your medication either, so you are constantly having to go in and ask. There is usually a long queue of mostly unhappy customers, and the staff turnover is really high. Would not use unless we had no choice (linked to our GP surgery).

Trying to get a prescription on time is like pulling teeth. Since the staff changed from pearns it's an absolute disaster. Myself and my husband put our requests in over a week ago and had to call only to find out they were waiting for one item. There was no reason the rest of it couldn't be delivered as there were anti seizure and heart medications in there. Simply not good enough!

The staff at this pharmacy are shocking! I am a Frontline worker in the NHS and work closely with many pharmacies in and around the locality, this is by far the worse! I will not be taking my prescriptions there again. We are all stressed and stretched on a daily basis within this line of business, but honestly to be that miserable, rude and unhelpful must take a lot of effort and energy. Ghastly place with ghastly people running it.

Since my Lloyds pharmacy of 30 years closed earlier this year I was automatically moved to the Knights Pharmacy in Newbridge Caerphilly. Well I’ve been there twice and will never go there again, the incumbent staff are rude, arrogant and completely incompetent. I feel sorry for the staff who transferred there from Lloyds it must be such a disappointment to work there. The entire place is chaotic, not to mention dangerous mistakes made with sending out the wrong prescription items labelled as something completely different. How this place has a license to dispense medication is beyond me. Visit to Doctors to tell them never to send my prescriptions there again, my nerves cannot abide this place.

Overstaffed and under performing at Bedale. Back chatting customers, advising customers to shop elsewhere. It's never their fault, often blame the doctors attached for delays. No apology for waiting times nor acknowledgement of people entering or queing. I've never experienced this in 25 years of customer service management. Recruitment is a must and training. What a miserable place to have to visit! Now Wells pharmacy, but same staff.

4 days on receiving my script still not even ready for collection. People sitting for up to an hour waiting or constantly been told to return. No organisation, systems and processes don't exist. This pharmacy needs inspecting by GPC. Took my script to another pharmacy given medication immediately.Totally not fit for purpose.

After another visit to this pharmacy today at Springwell, Sunderland it has totally made my mind up to collect my monthly prescriptions at a different chemist from now on....

Two weeks ago I was there , i was the only customer there at the time, I was left standing being ignored while many, and i repeat MANY of the staff were pottering around with making up prescriptions etc, after 4 minutes someone asked what they could get me just before i was going to leave.

Today I was in a queue with 8 other customers who were complaining bitterly about the length of time they had stood there, the gentlemen in front of me said he had been standing there for 20 minutes and when he finally got served he asked for his prescription, the young girl serving had to rummage through piles of different boxes on the floor, which is the norm for this chemist, then when she finally found it ,there was a sigh of relief from the customer...then , yippee, it was my turn , after 35 minutes wait I asked for over the counter pain killers.

Not everyone was waiting for prescriptions only, there wasn't one single member of staff that came out to serve people wanting over the counter products and there were no apologies given to any of us for the long tedious wait even though we were all complaining . This is totally unacceptable , I'm not the only one complaining, I am speaking on behalf of all the other members of the public I have heard complaining about the way they are treated.

The place is a shambles, empty shelves in the shop area, baskets piled up with made up prescriptions all over the floor , the staff are ignorant , who ever runs this pharmacy should bow their head in shame. I will be putting a copy of my email on Trustpilot.

Absolutely disgusting service , apparently my prescription hadn’t been available for 3 months , spoke with gp surgery as running out of medication, they contacted knights lordswood rd, harborne , bham , medication miraculous appeared , apparently someone had returned the item that morning, as did not need ???? Very strange , I believe the item had been in their fridge and they hadn’t got the intelligence to realise it was a fridge item , not good , when I pointed out the inconsistencies in their story , their attitude was terrible , so poor service , bad attitude and incompetence, not a good combination for a chemist

Just went for my COVID/Flu jabs had the Covid jab pharmacist too busy to give the flu jab got to go back in an hour two payments for parking total lack of customer service staff could not care a dam!!

I use Knight pharmacy in Winyate's Centre the service is great polite and help you out a lot I use all the time and have found staff very polite and helpful 2 stand out 1st JADE 4 September WINYATE'S 2CND HIBBA ALSO WINYATE'S on the 30th September CENTRE the staff all-around are very helpful many thanks Spencer

Never have the prescription ready bits missing I moved to Boots far better

West Heath Branch alvechurch Road, very rude girl behind till this afternoon August 3rd 2023 staff were running around the pharmacy being very childish, when I asked how my prescription would be the girl just said it’s in the que we had been waiting 15 mins and it was only for a prescription toothpaste girl the proceeded to give me and my daughter constant dirty looks she needs some lessons in customer service and service should come with a smile!!!!!!

urgent prescription for my wife who is terminally ill , received a phone call from local branch in Fawdon saying that the whole script was unavailable , till monday as the shop is closed sat and sun . tried to advise the male caller that was no good as medication was needed for nurses coming it at the weekend , he constantly talked over me would not listen to me to the point that i started to get upset , then my niece took over the conversation and he was the same with her , rude , unhelpful,and not listening but talking over , he eventually he saw my nieces point and advised us to go elsewhere , and that he had passed the prescription to our local boots BUT when the nurses arrived there were items missing because he had only passed over half of the required items . ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE WHEN ITS OBVIOUS THEY ARE ESSENTIAL ITEMS .THIS PHARMACY AND ITS STAFF ARE SADLY LACKING
