This is the place pharmacy2U send my prescription to and for the last two times my order has taking WAY longer than it should! I’m waiting way over a week now and I probably won’t get it until next week now due to it being Friday! Why does pharmacy2U use them! This is diabetic medication it should not be taking this long!
Very poor service from Ostomed and Pharmacy2u
Very poor. I'd give them zero star if possible. No answers to email, no picking up the phone for calls. I can be on the line for 1hr and no one responds. I don't get much help out if Pharmacy2u who repeat the statement 'we've sent it to Ostomed'. They don't offer much help in resolving the issue. Now git to go to doctors and get a repeat. Poor, poor, poor.
This company deserves NO star rating
If I could leave a no star review that would be more accurate than one star . This company has let me down by not sending medication and not contacting me when - if - I will receive them . Such a pain that Pharmacy4U is using this company . I dont know where I am now since I Pharmacy 4U cannot cancel the RX . I am now trying to explain to my GP what as happened - Pharmacy4U can see that OSTEMED have not sent out my meds even though they have had my approved RX for weeks .
Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish! I have been chasing non-receipt of a prescription from 22nd June. I have mailed several times and tried to call. No response to any email and no answer on the phone. Abysmal!

It's insane that a specialist NHS provider can take people's prescriptions then not send the product and ignore contact.

My experience is the same as above. Pharmacy2u are supposed to be chasing them up but they’re supposed to be providing us with a trustworthy service. I’m going back to picking up my prescription at my local pharmacy.

I don’t know why this pharmacy promoted by Pharmacy 2U. Pharmacy 2U sent my prescription to Ostomed. Since then I lost my track of my prescription. Their phone doesn’t answer and if I ask them with emails, they don’t respond to my enquiry. Why NHS makes down the vulnerable patients who need to be received prescription without postal.

Terrible company! Did not receive my order so ordered again. Still not received it. 2 emails unanswered. Been on hold for over an hour to customer services and no reply. TWICE! Absolutely disgusting. I have type 1 diabetes and have not been able to access needles that I need for injecting insulin! I need this to live! Horrendous.

Horrendous! Order for medical supplies was subcontracted out to Ostomed who have just sat on it. They never answer the phone - you get cut off when you've been on hold for 15 mins - and their hold/callback is nonsense. When I contacted the company that I placed the original order from, they simply told me to email Ostomed with 'RED FLAG' in the title. This did nothing. It's a month since my order was handed over and no way to get hold of my prescription.
Avoid at all costs
Life is hard enough without having to deal with this shambolic company..... avoid at all costs. Pharmacy 2u passed my prescription to these clowns so I hold them equally responsible.

Don't answer the phone, call back doesn't work. Take days or weeks to answer email enquiries. Only provided half of the prescription I paid for. Not answered my complaint email either. Avoid at all costs.

First time using. Last time using. Pharmacy2u passed prescription over on 26 May. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. I've sent 4 emails all unanswered or get an automatic reply to tell me at 16.34 they are now closed and their office hours are until 17.30.
Ostomed has completely failed to supply…
Ostomed has completely failed to supply my order passed to them by Pharmacy2U. They don't answer their phone or reply to my emails.
I have had to persuade my GP to reissue my prescription via a local pharmacy.
I have no problem with Pharmacy2U itself.

But seriously, who can I talk to about my prescription?
As with the other reviews, I have tried calling Ostomed after Pharmacy2U passed my prescription to them, only for it to be stuck with no updates for days. However, Ostomed never answered, and the callback service they apparently offer to save your place in the queue is a lie - unless they have been backlogged since 1984, which they state is when they have been "proudly independent". Maybe it's time for them to change and bring in some support if they cannot handle their load "independently".
After my futile attempt to call them, my only other option was to try emailing them, which I received an automated response for, advising to *call* for urgent matters 🥴
So now, my prescription is stuck with them because Pharmacy2U and my GP can't take my prescription back. Only Ostomed can do anything with it, apparently - that is, either by completing the process with delivering my prescription or releasing it back to me. Both options I am not holding my breath for - which I may as well have done (the end result would have been the same), if my GP hadn't able to quickly approve a new electronic prescription for me to pick up at my local pharmacy instead.
As with others, my prescription was also diabetes related (T1). Maybe they are facing shortages or some other complications behind the scenes, but if so, they should at least say something rather than ignore everyone's concerns.
Sometimes, negative reviews on TP can be like: "Kim, there's people that are dying." But in this case, it's *literally*: "Ostomed, there's people that are dying."
Just get it together or something, bruv 🤷♀️

If i could give zero i would! Disgusting company! Pharmacy 2 u sent my prescription to them and they have had it 2 weeks! Can't get through on the phone,left 3 messages and 3 emails nothing! I can not start my new diabetic treatment. How can you treat customers like this? Read your reviews and shut down it's disgusting!!!!!

Exactly as other recent reviews order passed to Ostomed 23rd May have not yet received Left calls and emails no response back Called pharmacy to U and they said that the order was due to be dispatched but advised to contact GP and get an emergency prescription as couldn’t be sure when I would receive my prescription considering it’s for type 1 diabetes that’s not good
I told them I’d never had this issue before when they just dealt with it so they said I could opt out of having passed to Ostomed which I have done but meanwhile will now contact GP for another prescription
I’ve no issue with pharmacy to U for any other meds but will avoid if they continue to pass to Ostomed terrible service
Awful
Initially I blamed Pharmacy2ubbut it's Ostomed who have messed around. My prescription was sent on 26th May. It's the 2nd June and Ostomed haven't approved it, let alone sent it. I rang them up and she made excuses but then finally admitted she didn't know. So she said she'd find out then call me baxk. Over hour and a half later and no call. I rang back and it was the same woman who appeared huffy I was calling back. She said she had been on her lunch break, only just back at desk etc. Not my problem in all honesty. Considering this is a company providing diabetes prescriptions, it is dangerous not to send things out on time. I wear a libre for gestational diabetes and 20 weeks pregnant and have had to go 8 days with no readings. Appalling.

Like previous reviews have been trying to contact Ostomed and they never get back to you! Calls get cut off with "this office is now closed" at 10am on a Friday. No return calls despite them saying they will "hold my place in the queue" and call me back. Unfortunately Pharamacy2U have now lost another customer and I will be going back to my normal chemist!
