Knock Knock by Smith & Brock Avis 

Love their fruit and veg box. The quality of the produce is amazing and it's great that the packaging is recyclable, too. I've tried lots of fruit and veg boxes but this is by far the best!

LOVE - essential for us now!

Lovely, fresh and interesting selection of veg in this recipe box. I’m not an adventurous cook, but the recipes were so simple and really delicious. I felt quite inspired!

Great product but more plastic than I thought! Before they were using paper bags now veg came with plastic bags!

Unfortunately after staying at home from 8am until 1pm( the delivery window) I e mailed to say the BBQ order( for lunch the following day) had not arrived. I went(late!) to my grandson’s birthday party. You tried to deliver 40 minutes later. You tried to phone me when you received the e mail, and e mailed to apologise that the delivery van was running late due to bad traffic. You had my number, could you or the delivery van not have called/texted/e mailed sooner so that I could have stayed in or given instructions? It was too late and I was left with nothing for a BBQ with guests the following day. This is the 4th time your delivery has let me down( the wrong box, too early, complete failure and now nearly 40 minutes late, and having waited in for 5 hours I had gone out!). Your produce is unfailingly delicious but your delivery let’s you down. Even Ocado, with a much smaller delivery window, let’s me know if they are running late and one can track many deliveries. Surely it is possible to make improvements to the delivery of your excellent produce?

I was really looking forward to this. I thought there was going to be calabrese but there was spinach instead. My family don’t like cooked spinach- only raw and that doesn’t really go with roast beef. There wasn’t enough chocolate to make the cake
So I have had to go out to buy broccoli and chocolate. Not what I needed today.

Excellent BBQ box that lasted well beyond the weekend BBQ in the garden... great meats and a varied selection of fruit and veg that both the adults and kids loved!

These guys have been a godsend since last year and all in all, we have really appreciated the service. I cannot fault the food and the printout we get to inform us where everything is from. However, the last few months there have been an increasing number of mishaps with delivery, some of the produce is not fresh, and any attempts to contact anybody has fallen on deaf ears. I am sure this is simply K&K falling victim to their own success, but its just not good enough when you have to chase 4,5,6 times to try to speak to somebody about something. This was a 5 star service which today is now a 3. An overhaul on how they manage their CRM and work with their customers would very possibly return it back to 5-stars.

Brilliant service and produce. Always a treat to receive the boxes, such a wide range to choose from.

Mostly excellent quality and freshness; a bit more variety would be welcome since (with three weekly deliveries) this was very much the same as previously.

Simply excellent from the website, to the choices of boxes and pantry items and the delivery. I thoroughly recommend.

Great produce as ever. Only reason 4 not 5 is that last two weeks best before date on my salad mix has been dated the day of delivery, which is not ideal.

A lot of plastic packaging. This is unacceptable. Also the pictures in the website do not show plastic packaging, they show bulk vegetable and fruits, so your ad is misleading the customers.

Great service after last minute Easter order

I love these guys but the last delivery wasn't up to scratch, I'm afraid. The actual produce was stunning, as usual (this week I made a delicious mushroom pate with the mushrooms before they went off...). However, the driver was 1.5 hours late, so I couldn't leave the house until they got here. Plus, whilst I love the quality of the Estate Dairy milk, it's a huge carton for a one-person box, and both weeks that I've got this box, I've not been able to drink enough before half of it has gone off. So I hope they introduce a smaller one soon. I'll buy again, but I hope they're on time :)
