Elena, sorry we've taken broccoli off at the moment as our growers are really struggling with volumes. Squash is off too. SHould have seen cauliflower, baby veg, tomatoes & aubergines... Sorry it's been a bit manic the last week as a few of us have been hit with COVID.

Thanks to Smith and Brock for a delicious box of sweet and ripe or nearly ripe fruit. Reliable delivery, the whole family have enjoyed this selection which lasted nearly a week.

The quality is as good as ever in the seasonal box, however, I have the impression that there were less fruits & veggies than during the winter (no need to cook the food and freeze it this time) and the little explanatory slip was not in the box this time :(

Good quality produce overall
Very good quality produce overall. Some of the items were not as described. e.g. eggs were featured in the website with a photo of a dozen but then you only buy half a dozen.

No delivery slot information despite being told there would be.
No tracking available despite being told there would be.

All in all a disappointing experience.

We spoke on Saturday on the phone. Our planned driver for that run wasn't able to make it and being a busy bank holiday Saturday the run was late out, which is why you didn't get the tracking updates as the vehicle was still on site. I'll contact you directly to get some feedback on the product and i'll make this right for you. Sorry we let ourselves down on this occasion.
