Knock Knock by Smith & Brock Avis 

Syrawberries : a few were damaged on arrival.Very little taste. Needed alot of sugar.
Raspberries : good looking but nearly no taste.

Whilst the food was good (lobster Thermidor) it was a day late and then the watercress wasn’t in the box and the truffle dressing had spilt all over everything in the box! Not what you expect for £90!

External issues, resolved by management with very good accountability. Thank you

The order arrived when it was supposed to and the person who received it said she'd never tasted more delicious raspberries. The juices were also great.

Great delicious amazing quality produce as ever, but I would buy more frequently if I could choose 1 or 2 items that wouldn't be included. It's such a waste when we get big bags of mushrooms which we can't eat!

Delivery was on time and well informed.
However I only gave it 3 out of 5, the vegetable box and milk I ordered had such a short shelf life, shockingly short... I ordered 2 bottles of 2L milk, one full and one semi skimmed, and I ended up having 4L of semi skimmed... and both we expiring in 2 days. Also with the bread, strawberries and other vegetables, they go off very quickly.
A lot of food ended up in the bin as I couldn’t consumed them quick enough. I won’t be ordering again.

It is a few weeks since I ordered my normally weekly box from Knock knock as I have been staying with family but a few days ago I had the large berry box and the essential box. Such good quality delivered on time by pleasant delivery man. We are vegetarian and the quality and variety are so good. I can see that the meat boxes are also chosen with real care. What a terrific company!

I booked an early delivery on Saturday as I had plans - it was 31/2 hours late. Sort that out guys please. And dont tell me the driver will be there in 20 mins when he arrived an hour after my call. Great products but delivery was a mess.

Good mix of fruit and veg though the melon must have been bruised and I had to cut half of it away. Courgettes a little lack lustre too but the rest was interesting and fresh

Not as good as it was

When we first used Knock Knock, it was knock out quality and well worth the extraordinary expense. I have no idea what has happened with Knock Knock, but the quality seems to have plummeted: the box we received was on a par with Tesco quality on a poor day, but at least twice the price.

Very sad, because Knock Knock used to be a real treat.

The usual great produce!…..I’ve been using K & K since lockdown started last year and see no reason to change now….great tasting, fresh and seasonal fruit and veg.

I usually give five stars but I was disappointed with my last delivery. I didn't feel it was value for money this time around. Two peaches and three apricots in stoned fruit box was meagre I felt. Other than that tasted great and driver friendly..

I love these guys! Great quality products. Some of the items are extremely local, like some greens are from almost your next door neighbour. You also do get quite a lot of things for your money. And everything tastes insane. Took me 10 minutes to finish all the cherry tomatoes :)

We really enjoy the quality of the Knock-knock groceries. The freshness assures the pristine flavours. I have been so put off ‘food’ in these last few year that it has been so good to taste food and flavours, I remember as a child. Good delivery service. Thank you, guys.
