This is the second fruit and veg box I have bought from you. The blackberries and raspberries are super but the strawberries are not sweet and they go from hard to mush over night. The peaches are inedible - rock hard and then when they ripen they are rotten by the stone. The rest is ok but not enough greens for my liking. It’s a great scheme and I wish I could stick by you but for the price I would expect a superior produce.

The last couple of deliveries have been less satisfactory, items not delivered or produce not in the best condition delivered in a crumpled box. A shame since previous goods have been great. Last week was strange; veg for roast included two cauliflowers and vast pack of spinach, but none of the promised beans or my order of belleville butter. I will hope my next delivery is back up to standard.

The products were really nice but the driver was amazing. I realised while he was there that some items were missing. He called the office asap and then came back later that afternoon with the missing items. Great customer service and very kind driver.

Usually your fruit and veg are excellent but this time almost all the bananas were rotten! The rest were great.

Great quality products as per usual, had a couple of missing items but Dan refunded promptly.
Good to see a mini box as well for smaller households!

Vegetables and fruit always good, lovely sausages and eggs. Bread sadly was squished by vacuum-packing process but company responded well. Have been ordering for long weekends a s a BH treat. Would like to see some sweet things in the grocery section, had lovely madeleines for Easter.

Sadly this is the second delivery which has not arrived in the time window. I find it really frustrating waiting in for hours for the veg box but the quality is superb. Please get your deliveries sorted as I would like to use you but can’t spend that much time waiting at home .

My order seemed a lot smaller than usual with bruised bananas, missing bread and rotten avocado. It was also a day late, very disappointed as I have been a huge fan of Knock- Knock groceries since it began.

This company is so reliable. I left a berry box off my order by accident. I emailed them and they added it! Happy days. The fruit and veg was fresh and properly stored.
Highly recommend them.

Very fresh but all the fruit does not last more than 3days. But we enjoyed.

Some of my shoppings were not delivered but it arrived next day after sending a complain. good service! thank you!
