Knock Knock by Smith & Brock Avis 

My partner ordered Joe’s Seasonal Box - everything was incredibly fresh and the quality was excellent. Highly recommend!

Generally enjoy these boxes, but sometimes the quality / service seems to be dipping - received a half rotten avocado (although I appreciate that’s an occupational hazard), and my delivery was missing the two extras I had ordered. There was a quick refund though and generally I enjoy the seasonal fruit and veg. I will order again but will wait til summer (and not bother with their pantry options, as they clearly couldn’t!)

ETA just edited to add that despite the company’s response that they would email me directly “to make up for it”, so far radio silence. To be honest they should have just apologised and left it that rather than promising some kind of communication or incentive then not delivered!

I'm not happy with my Essential Box: milk is not the Dairy Estate, as stated in your leaflet, but a retail brand in a plastic jug which goes on sale at 1,65£ in supermarkets. Eggs as well are a retail brand. The butter it's an ASDA brand.
Your groceries do not come at a cheap price: I'm expecting farm-style quality and high-level produce. Otherwise there is no reason for paying a premium price. I can get the same items at Amazon delivered at my door at a fraction of the price.

I have used knock knock before ( first lock down) and this order reminded me why I had stopped. Disappointed by large quantities of cheaper fruits like bananas and ( rather sour) oranges though the figs and mango were delicious. The berry box was very disappointing. Sour hard strawberries and blackberries which were inedible as they had gone off. Blueberries also sour. Raspberries ok. Shame as it is a very good concept and the staff and delivery personnel very nice people. Ideally I would like to order individual items ( rather than a pre packed box) but guess this is too time consuming and difficult to administer. Would like to use again and recommend but unfortunately I won’t and can’t as the quality of the fruit is not as good as when they first started and especially disappointing for a Christmas delivery.

Only half the items I ordered arrived and it was not the first time items missing. No replacement box offered, so I was left with half a box worth of items which I would never have purchased in the first place. Poor service all round and I will not order from again.

The produce was very good apart from a bag of salad leaves, half of which I had to throw away the next day when making a salad. The problem has been reported and I’m being reimbursed for the cost. I will be making further orders.

Never been disappointed by Knock knock. Quality, service and knowledge on all their products - all absolutely brilliant.

Item was missing. I wrote to customer service. I got no reply

I sent an email complaining about the order but have had no response. I ordered the Sunday lunch which I have done successfully before. This time a bunch of random ingredients arrived with no recipes or cooking instructions. I am not happy.

Reliably fresh, delicious, quality veg and fruit delivered in each box.

All the prodice looks amazing, fresh and the little notes about suggestions that come with it is a great addition.
