Really delicious seafood box 🦀🦐🐚🐟 for a special occasion.Also thoughtful customer service - called to say that delivery would be a little later than planned due to traffic which was really appreciated! Would definitely order again!

Very disappointing indeed considering cost and day in question.

I had ordered the Mother’s Day breakfast box for 2 people and it offered a delivery spot of 3am to 7am. With a young family this was perfect as with early risers breakfast is normally well and truly over by 8am and the kids and myself (Dad) had wanted to surprise mum nice and early. However by 715 the box had not arrived, there was no number to call and I had no response to the 2 emails I sent. I could only assume therefore by 745 it was not coming so we surprised mum with a normal breakfast instead. By 9am it eventually arrived (2 hours after the latest point in the specified delivery slot) but breakfast was over, children were upset and the food was a in essence a waste of money. They also sent coffee rather than the tea option which I specified.

Understand they must be busy on mother’s day and with Covid etc things are made extra complicated but it’s a premium brand with matching price but I sadly felt it had been a complete waste of my money and I have still had no correspondence from them to explain the situation at all despite sending 3 emails.

They had a strap line on the order confirmation saying ‘ We’ve got all your order details, so sit back and relax as we fill your box with the freshest artisan goodness.’ There was nothing remotely relaxing about my experience at all... quite the opposite.

Great value, top quality food that exceeded expectations. Friendly and well-timed delivery. Highly recommended.

The subscription service is awful: you are constantly sent items you have cancelled and Knock Knock’s “customer service” insist that you failed to cancel properly - despite concrete evidence to the contrary on your subscription page. The produce is nice but there is no attempt at all at environmental friendliness in the packaging and the service around these boxes is so poor the whole experience is more hassle than it’s worth.

We ordered the smaller seafood box and the berries box, it was delicious. The boxes were very well packed. I didn't give 5 stars as the delivery arrived later than what was communicated in the email.

The quality and quantity of the afternoon tea was great! It was for my aunts 75th birthday and Mother’s Day and she absolutely loved it! It made her day! The only thing that let it down was they forgot to put in the message I had sent to my aunt and the menu/contents list of the box, but apart from that I can’t fault it.
