Large meal but some items missing
Large meal, wonderful seafood. But sadly the bread and olives we ordered and paid for didn’t arrive, with no notice or refund. Bummer as in lockdown we can’t just jump out and grab that stuff.

New to Smith & Brock - and very impressed!
First time purchase from Knock Knock. The pies selection (steak & chicken) plus veg box were excellent. Really high quality and a pleasure to open and enjoy. Lovely plump tomatoes and huge chillis, I will definitely be back!

You guys are great but....
You guys are great and have set the bar so high, we have been ordering from you since the beginning of the first lockdown. So you can imagine our disappointment at the latest box where the tomatoes went mouldy todays after the box arrived. Also noticed a significant reduction in the size of elements in our essentials box. Im sure this was a one off and the next box will be much better.

Disappointed with product and care
Having used Knock knock before, I bought the three pies advertised last week. Not cheap, but hopefully good quality.
I had the Steak and Kidney last night. Great sauce, but absolutely no meat. Not one piece. Just juice.
Really poor value for money.
Preceding that , delivery of the three pie boxes was by hand at the door. No bag or protection, so no real 'covid protection '.

Amazing seafood selection but the Lakeland butter portions didn’t quite scream luxury! Reminded me of many a M1 service station stop off over the years. A nice wee pot of decent butter would’ve been nice! Tasty lobster though!!!

Back to Knock Knock
Came back to Knock Knock after trying out another couple of veg delivery services, including a local one. Have to say, they just don't compare to Knock Knock. I left as I wasn't getting through all the fruit and veg and I hate waste but now you can choose how regularly you want your subscription it's solved that problem. Everything is so fresh, well packaged and presented. I love delivery days with Knock Knock.
