Very happy with service, so far. They return calls and answer any questions. I like the fact that when they can, you can call and talk to the same person you spoke to previously.

Everything just worked. It’s great to have a customised insurance product that plays to Tesla’s strengths.

I wasn't aware of Koba until purchasing an EV. From my first interaction I have been impressed with the professionalism, price, friendliness and services they have provided. They spoke with me about every aspect of my cover, the pricing model and how I would be supported.

Easy to use online and fair pricing for your insurance products, for our new Tesla model 3

painfull process to get re insured if you went over the expiry date even if only 24hrs. Have to give back old gps tracker. Get a new one. Had to re apply give all the details all over again even though they have it in system. Strangely enough they wanted a different email. Cant use the old email because too hard for them.

Super smooth onboarding and great to have an EV specific product.

Cusomer support has been fantastic as are the staff! always call you back if required, and Aussie staff so everthing is dealt with, without having to repeat your self 10 times over, have multiple policys with them highly recomended.

Easy to put in request. Was a little slow for a response and being able to add and remove drivers should be possible via the app.

Very good professional Assistance and a highly innovative insurance product particularly when driving lower than average kilometres. . We now have both of our cars comprehensively insured through Koba.

customer service was responsive to my requests. Hours of service are 9-5pm which I found difficult when I am working FT, would be good if they opened till 6 or 7pm. Or consider Saturday morning customer service.
