Fantastic customer service
Had a minor issue with my Kohler bath faucet. Called customer service and replacement parts were at my home within a week free of charge. Otherwise their products have been flawless but the service gives me confidence if there is ever a future issue.

Very disappointed in how the company…
Very disappointed in how the company changed. Their toilet seats aren't made the same, and when I ordered one, it came without any bolts or screws. Not the best product anymore.

Good products, GREAT customer service!
I have had various Kohler products over the years and always felt they were a quality brand.
I had some issues with a Kohler touchless faucet and had to call customer service as the issue kept occurring. The team was always incredibly helpful and though replacement parts were on back order, they went as far as to send a whole replacement faucet. The same issue happened with the replacement faucet and I had to call back, and again the parts were on backorder so the rep offered to send a completely different replacement faucet at no cost, and offered to overnight it.
I've had so many bad experiences made worse with bad customer service-- and though it's a bummer I have had issues with the faucet, Kohler has stood behind their products and ensured that it gets taken care of every time. It's unfortunately rare these days to find companies that invest in good customer service. Kohler clearly does, and it shows. The commitment to good customer service has made me a Kohler fan for life.

Do not buy Kohler toilets
Do not buy Kohler toilets! You will find no replacement parts available (or a 1-2 month lead time to get a rebuild kit!) I was fortunate to find a local plumbing supply with 1 in stock. Kohler does great marketing but has terrible support for customers. Their parts are non-standard and will force you to hire a plumber for a simple fix. Shameful!
