Excellent from start to finish. Thanks very much!

Excellent service

Easy and helpful to deal with, Andy in the office cant fault him and the guys who attended our office and warehouse site very friendly, polite and all around lovely people. Highly recommend!

I live in a stone roofed Grade 2 listed building, that gets very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter...so a heat pump aircon was desperately needed. I was impressed with the care the team took whilst drilling through my 3.5 foot walls, and the care they took to clean up after themselves as well as the time they spent showing me the controls and installing the app on my phone... Great product and a great team.

Both gentlemen were punctual, professional, showed respect for the space and took care of everything in a timely manner.

Can't fault their service at all, 10/10 !

Great install, fast turnaround, they even loaned us a temporary AC unit until it could be installed.

Top class buying and installation process. Very pleased with advice and product selection. Have already recommended to others. Highly recommend.

reasonable waiting time, even in summer. Pleasant engineer. Overall happy

Value for money, customer service second to none.

Great speed, efficiency and impressive turnaround time from initial call to completed job.
The three engineers over the two days were a credit to the business, they were friendly, got on with it and took care in their work whilst being respectful to our property.

Annual service was done diligently and without an hassle at a time that suited me. Always easy to sort and book in

Very respectful engineers within our work place.

Kool-It are always efficient, polite and tidy. They have to work around staff and the public during services and it's never an issue

I recently used Koolit for some ventilation repair appointments, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Everything went smoothly from start to finish—appointments were kept right on schedule, communication was clear, and the work was done professionally. I also really appreciated that there were no surprise charges, Highly recommended!

Fantastic service as always. Came out the same day as we called them. Air con pump needed changing as air con was leaking. Always reliable. I would definitely recommend Kool-It services as they communicate with you send you reports the next day and take pictures of what they have gone. Thank you.

Koolit were very helpful with my initial phone call. They set out an engineer to look at the problem and give advice. After receiving information and passing on to others the work was given the go ahead. The engineers kept in touch as to delivery of items needed and to when they could come an install the items required. On arrival at the premisses they work quickly and tidily. the engineers were polite whilst on site.

The unit we purchased was installed a week earlier than originally planned, we were kept up to date with all developments including receiving an option of earlier installation. The unit is now installed and working great, all paperwork has been completed and received, I haven't had to chase for anything. This company are really on the ball, very efficient and a pleasure to work with, very refreshing these days. Thank you to all the team at Kool-it.

The engineer was polite and helpful. He serviced our machines quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend their services.
