Dismal customer service
We accepted a Kresta quote to do the whole house with roller blinds and shutters. The roller blinds were fine but the shutters are a disaster. They missed one window (4ft x 2ft in the middle of the lounge) completely and the blinds for the bay window didn't fit. They put in an ugly temp solution for the bay window without consulting us and say they won't do anything about the missing window unless we give them another $300. Our lounge is a laughing stock and trying to negotiate a solution with their customers service people is a joke. If you're looking for blinds, try somewhere else.

From the the quick response for a quote to the final installation everything has been smooth and professional. Quick turn around from deposit to install, less then a week! Let's not forget the price and product. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend and plan to get more doors in the future done.
elegant curtains
After 15 years using Kresta blinds, we chose to replace our blinds again with different products.
At the time their product expert responded quickly to my request as I had to liaise with my trades to give them access. Second meeting had to be arranged as I had to get my wife on site to decide for the fabrics for the curtains. They tried their best to match my availability the discussion went smooth.
Our curtains had to be installed in several occasions as we had renovations in different parts of our house, the installer was really friendly easy to talk to. Now we got everything installed a few months again. I must say they look fantastic.
Our experience has been great through out the years.
trendy S wave curtains
I got our curved S wave curtains fitted a few months ago. love them so much as I could not get other companies to tailor what I needed at the time. Compared 3 companies their prices come the best as well.
great fabric/design
Great service from their NSW team as they kept me well post with the installation situation during the current lockdown. as I would not like to expose myself to any risk. Previously had my rollers installed by them a couple of years ago, liked the material and design, would not hesitate to come back again in the future.
Don't even bother with these guys
Don't even bother with these guys, I paid for curtains that were meant to be in in May and still don't have them (five months later), management won't respond and have now had to go to NSW Fair Trading and the ACCC - save yourself the wasted money and energy and find someone else!

They are unscrupulous dishonest cowboys that provide low quality products, then take your money and run!...never to be heard from again.

Avoid
Avoid. Ordered house lot of shutters and paid deposit in early March. Was advised 12 weeks to deliver and install due to COVID shipping delays, etc. All good. Then crickets. Chased in July. No response to emails, calls get engaged signal. Made contact via contract installer. Order hadn't been made. Offered to make (another 12 weeks) or refund. Took refund option but haven't been paid despite lots of chasing and promises by installer. Worst customer service ever.
UPDATE: So I contacted the person who responded to this post. I have no idea why someone from a chinese dairy company was contacting me about a NZ/AU blind company but I went with it. They asked for details and said someone would call me within 48 hours. Crickets for another week. Emailed them again. Got a call this time from someone at Kresta in Auckland. Said she was emailing my details to the regional manager and they'd be in touch. No-one was in touch so I called back at the end of the week and got a different person who said she'd email the regional manager and ask them to call me. Wouldn't give me the managers name or contact dets. It's another week later and nothing. Worst customer experience EVER! Don't give Kresta your money!

COWBOYS. DO NOT USE!!
TERRIBLE company we paid upfront, the wrong blinds were installed, (the installer that came was suggestive?!) have waited 8 months for our blinds to be replaced and every excuse in the book has been used, the receptionist is rude, no one calls back and it's just lie after lie.
We are now taking them to the small claims court.
They should not be trading!

YES IM SHOUTING!
Never have we experienced such terrible customer service. It’s been nearly a year and nothing is right. Firstly we were waiting for installation only to find they had lost the entire order and nothing had been made. Then the blinds and shutters were all the wrong sizes when they arrived.
This is through Albany Auckland branch.
We still haven’t got the correct ones
They don’t turn up when promised, they come several times to measure the same thing

Shocking, 5 months later, still waiting for my order. No one cares at Krista, they are very unprofessional and lack integrity. They never call you back or respond to emails and nothing us their fault. Do not do business with them, you will regret it!

Nightmare company
Nightmare company. They had to make our blinds three times before they matched colours and weren't a joke. Eventually after a year we were reasonably happy. but now..the cords on our premium wooden Kresta Venetians have started breaking 2.5 years after they were installed. But the company A- took 6 weeks to reply to us and needed to be prompted about 6 times and B- now have replied to us saying that seeing as we are 6 months over the warranty they won't offer us any help or repair whatsoever. Would strongly suggest not going with this company.

Unfortunately I had to give a 1 star this company is not worthy of that! Please I urge everyone to stay clear of this company you will regret it! I wish I had of read the reviews before I purchased last November! I am waiting for my correct curtains they tell lies and do not return calls I am lodging with fair trading today and contacting a current affair this needs to stop! PLEASE do not get involved with this company.

Worst company ever!!
Never in my life have I received such awful customer service !! I paid in full and have waited ONE YEAR for my blinds and still don’t have them all.. I have spoken to Bea, Vicky, Andrew and many other totally clueless people and no one will help me, I asked for the email address of the senior manager Linda but they won’t give me her email address! Kresta have destroyed my brand new aluminium window frames left holes in my walls, oil stains on my blue stone pavers from bending curtain tracks on my front door step.. Some blinds are now faulty and some motorised blinds NEVER WORKED from the day of installation, I wasn’t given changing devices to charge the motors and because they have taken so long to install the motorised blinds they are now outdated and Kresta do not have any charging stations.. I can’t get in touch with anyone no one will answer my calls or return my messages.
If you use Kresta it is at your own risk ⛔️

We had curtains installed over 2 years ago and during that time the white block out was going yellow like a big urine stain.
The curtains face south and are shaded all day by a large verandah.
I contacted them and got polite messages back that they will look into the issue. That was in February this year.
There was no reply and then lied to again by their customer service manager that the delays were due to covid 19. This is when travel was free between states.
Then I got a text from Kresta's General Manager telling us that she will get someone to look further into it as her second in charge left the organisation.
They were all stalling tactics. You would be an absolute idiot to be doing any new trade with this mob.
There soft furnishings are cheap Chinese made rubbish.
Update. 21/5/21
I was contacted by the Kresta representative and he or she wanted me to send all the claim documentation to them.
I did as requested to the supplied email account on this review.
You guessed it NOTHING has transpired since.
It is typical of their appalling customer service.
It is a standard response for those reading the reviews that they are falsely doing something about my issue.

How they are surviving is beyond me
How they are surviving is beyond me. The sales consultant I had in Melbourne didn’t bother answering emails after the order was put in. I was told it was a 5 week wait - 2 months later I had to call to chase it up. The curtains were sitting in the warehouse and no one bothered to call.
The installation person cancelled twice - once was on the actual day , after I had taken time off work. When they were finally installed, one curtain was the correct length, the other was 20 cm longer. A new lot had to be ordered from China and another 2 month wait. The customer service people are polite but sound very inexperienced. This has been a horrid experience, I would not recommend this company.

Incompetent, unprofessional & lied to!
If these are the traits you are looking for in an organisation, then your search is over and if I could give Kresta a -5 star rating I would.
I purchased a blind in early Oct 2020 and was told at the time that it would take 4-6 weeks to deliver and install. 13 weeks later I contacted Kresta regarding the significant delay - no explanation was given regarding the delay, no one took accountability or apologised.
But it gets much worse – the day of installation was a horrendous experience, with a non-English speaking installer who failed to comply with the very basic instructions that he confirmed he understood prior to starting.
The installer caused thousands of dollars’ worth of damage and denied he had done so. Fortunately, I took before and after photos of the job while the installer was onsite, and I was able to prove he had deliberately lied about causing the damage.
Kresta management suggested the damage was due to a miscommunication, I replied it wasn’t and asked them what kind of customer service experience do they think they are providing when they knowingly send out installers that don’t understand basic English? More importantly though - what kind of impact is this having on the mental health of their employees? No response to this last question to date.
Some four weeks later I am still waiting to hear if/when Kresta will fix the thousands of dollars of damage caused by their installer.
Disgusting, shocking and appalling customer service, from a highly unprofessional company.

I feel so cheated
I googled blinds and Kresta was the first thing I saw, so I called them and got a measure and quote for my whole house. The salesman recommended the most expensive roller blinds saying it’s easy to clean, better quality etc.- I was sold. Now what’s upsetting is once I get any little mark on them they stain and don’t come out. I call Kresta and they say baby wipes should get them out. Tried that it didn’t, I tried everything. I call again and they tell me it’s out of warranty and there’s a call out fee, I pay for it and the men come and try a baby wipe and tell me there’s nothing they can do. I feel so cheated that I chose something based on quality and reassurance that I’d be getting something easy to clean and I never did. I’m so disappointed not only with them, but myself for believing that a big company means you will get optimum customer service and quality. Sad.
