Please, save your money and time, shop elsewhere

paid a deposit (50%) in december, and was requested to pay the full amount prior to installation in january. after countless of corrections, 6 months later we still dont have the right curtains and sheers installed. bedroom curtains are 1m too long, holes in the sheers, glue or something left all over our windows after the installation, and to top it off - the installer was the biggest prick in the world.

An excellent experience from initial planning and measurement through to installation day. The products (plantation shutters and double roller blinds) were of a high quality and have transformed my windows!

The customer service level from Victory…

The customer service level from Victory Blinds is appalling. They fail to return phone calls and they take weeks to reply to emails. I paid my deposit over 6 weeks ago and have just received a confirmation of order dated 2 July. This is the 2nd time this year I have used Victory and the level of customer service has been the same in both instances, extremely poor and despite using them many times over the years I will never use them again. Be warned!
Have received what I’m sure is an AI generated response that provides no information about the delay. I have sent emails requesting a phone call but that hasn’t happened either. Their competitors must be rubbing their hands tigether and I will post more reviews to get the message out there. Do not use Victory Blinds.

Great sales experience

Just wanted to pass on compliments to Matt who came to my home today to quote me for my bathroom windows for plantation shutters.

He was lovely, personable and real with no BS. Which I appreciate very much. We had already had another company out to quote who I was extremely unhappy with before they even came out and more disappointed after having them here.

Matt was easy to talk to, easy to deal with and just all round great. So much so, within less than hour we have paid our deposit and look forward when we get to have our shutters installed.

You have a good sales consultant with him.

I had someone attend my home for a…

I had someone attend my home for a measure and quote. He was very condescending and rude. I had the blinds installed and noticed the installer putting the blind incorrectly and asked him to move it slightly. He sighed like it was the end of the world and said that’s not what he was told. Then I received an invoice for the service I had already paid. A year later the blinds are not working as they should. I was told over the phone to send photos and videos of the issue. I did on 6/5/26. I had no reply and then emailed again asking for an update and help on 38/05/26. Again. No reply. This company is the worst for communication and customer service. I am sick of contacting them with no reply. Avoid buying from them. The arrogance is astounding when they say call us back. How about calling ME!

Very unhappy that they booked in the…

Very unhappy that they booked in the measuring of the blinds and only told me on the morning what time I should expect the person to come to my house. I got a text at 8am that they will come between 2-5 pm . I travelled 60 minutes to be at the property to be only told when I arrived at 2pm that the measuring team can’t make it and I needed to re book. The process is ridiculous and no consideration that people may be working and need to make plans to be at their property. The next appointment I could get was not for another two weeks.

All was well with our installation…

All was well with our installation until a mismeasure which left our job incomplete and a 15 working day window simply to be notified of the job status.
No priority is given to rectifying a problem caused by the company.
It should be noted that the company demand prompt payment before installation and if there is a delay in recification of an issue, there must be a lot of errors.

New blinds look good.

Multiple Failed Installations

Multiple Failed Installations and Unacceptable Service

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from Victory Curtains and Blinds.

In December, a salesperson named Ken attended my home to measure for curtains to be installed in my family room.

1st installation
In January, a technician arrived to install the curtains, only for them to be far too long and draping on the floor. After contacting your office, I was advised another technician will be arranged to redo the curtains.

2nd installation
Another technician attended in March to rectify the issue. Unfortunately, the curtains were still excessively long and continued to drag on the floor. I then contacted your company again, resulting in another staff member attending to remeasure the curtains.

I escalated the matter to management and raised concerns about the significant amount of time I had already lost taking leave from work to accommodate multiple appointments. Despite requesting compensation for the inconvenience, my request was denied. I was assured the issue would be resolved and a further installation was scheduled for 5 June.

3rd time installation
On 5 June, after taking time off work for this third time installation, a technician arrived only to inform me that he had been sent to the wrong address and that my curtains had not even arrived. I was later advised by Victory Curtains and Blinds that their system had mixed my order up with another customer's.

***I AM NOW WAITING ON CONFIRMATION FOR 4th TIME INSTALLATION***

This level of incompetence is beyond appalling. We are now in June, more than six months after the initial measure, and I still do not have properly installed curtains in my family room. I have endured multiple failed installations, repeated measuring appointments, broken promises, administrative errors and lost work time.

Excellent sales service

The sales consultant Sharon was excellent. She was very polite and helpful when visiting my home to measure and quote and always punctual in responding to my queries. I am very happy with my new blinds which are well made and of high quality materials.
