Great service free quote at youre home. Made to fit. And cost was very reasonable. Many choices to choose from, for curtains. And great communication and choices for installation after purchase. DON'T USE VICTORY BLINDS - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING
If I could give Victory Blinds no stars I would. Victory Blinds were very eager to come out and install my roller blinds and shutters and take payment from me but are not interested in coming back to fix repairs. Am totalling disgusted with their service. So will now have to employ an outside tradesman to fix Victory Blind's dodgy work.

Have now had 4x warranty repairs for…
Have now had 4x warranty repairs for quality issues and they are refusing any further repair with the same quality issue (rippling) which they blame on size of blind (which they recommended) even though it has happened across a small blind as well as larger blind. Refusing a refund as well so now having to go through VCAT. Heard a lot of similar stories where after service care is severely lacking. Avoid at all costs.

Got a measure and quote back in Feb for…
Got a measure and quote back in Feb for some blinds made a 50% deposit and then nothing had to call them and ask when they are contacting to come and install as it’s now May. I think they forgot me. They booked me straight away no issues
But now asking for the balance before they are installed I haven’t got an apology just a unreasonable request for payment before they even finish and I am actually concerned they will take the money and ghost me again
