First time in a long time using this…
First time in a long time using this type of razor, was a bit apprehensive using it, however the quality of the razor and the weight of it all felt right, as they say in the instructions take your time and enjoy the end result, my advice is don’t rush the first couple of shaves, take your time and use small strokes, well done Kronos.

Beware - you may not get what you ordered
I ordered the Kronos double edge safety razor on 19th June. At the time, I took a screenshot of Kronosldn webpage, showing what was included. It stated a razor, a blade and 1 x stand. When my order arrived there was no stand. I mailed Kronos and they advised I could purchase one for £8. I asked them to explain the screenshot of their webpage, which said one would be included. No response received to my mail.

I would refer you to the screenshot I provided from your website again. You can quite clearly see that it said Gifted This Edition, where it asks about the stand. The box around the no stand option is not highlighted in bold either. Again, if you look at the what’s included that I looked at, it says 1 x razor, 1 x blade and 1 x stand. Either way, I have not received what was advertised.
UPDATE
I have received a reply from Rory, who is the founder and designer of the website. He has apologised for any confusion, and has updated the description on the webpage to avoid any confused. He thanked me for the feedback. The customer service provided has been a good experience. Kronos replied to my messages within 24hrs which is excellent. The razor itself, seems to be of excellent quality too.

Great Razor shame about the blades
I've bought the razor with bamboo handle, blades and little box for used blades. I love the razor although having had it for a while the bamboo handle now revolves round the inner shaft and I'd rather it didn't. The blade box is a good idea, looks really nice and is really useful. The blades frankly are a problem. It may be me (61 & grizzled) but it feels like they are only getting half way into the hair then pulling it out by the roots leaving pinhole blood spots. I've tried Wilkinson sword blades and I'm currently using Bic.
Bic blades, Kronos Razor and Kronos blade box gives me a great close shave without any pulling or tugging.

Careful on your stick and berries boys.
Lovely package. Superb materials. Cuts really well..... I dont shave my mush as I have a rocking beard..... think Kratos style an you get the picture. I use this razor for my meat an 2 veg. Not quite got the hang of it yet so have nicked my chap and friends a couple of times. But I put this down to a new razor and method as ive come from a Harry's razor.

Try using very light pressure, keep the skin taut, and always shave with good lubrication—this usually helps reduce nicks as your technique improves.

At last a razor that’s so well balanced…
At last a razor that’s so well balanced it genuinely gives a very smooth shave. I’ve used lots of the multi blade razors so I had doubts about returning to a single blade razor. It took a few shaves to get used to it but now it’s gives me a lovely clean cut shave especially when used with the shaving cream!

I changed to Kronos from a plastic…
I changed to Kronos from a plastic handled razor with flexible blades. I wanted to give a traditional razor a go and Kronos was getting good reviews. After a few teething problems with the odd nic I’m now getting on much better following advice from Kronos and I am delighted with the quality of the shave. Will be sticking with Kronos

Never buy a cheap disposal razor ever again. Kronos razor is definitely my number one recommendation to anyone. Very high quality and affordable. My experience has been excellent the whole time, customer service is outstanding! Unlike others brands, they are always helpful and like to know if you are happy with the product. Early days yet
Early days yet, 1 week in, but I'm not finding this an easy shave. With coarse hair it's much more painful than other shaves (2/3 bladed cartridges). Will stick with it for a while though.

I’m sorry you’re finding the razor uncomfortable. Using a safety razor can take a little adjustment. To avoid nicks, the most important thing is to avoid pressure. A few tips:
• Hold the razor at ~30°
• Avoid pressure; use short, gentle strokes
• Rinse the blade frequently
• Shave slowly, especially if you’re new

The product is good but I am not gonna used! I tried and it's not easy to use 😕. I recommend you should do something similar with the Gillette but with the same quality you've got, aluminium construction with 5 blades, you will be successful with.

If you ever want to try again, here are a few quick tips:
Use very light pressure — let the razor do the work
Keep about a 30° angle
Use short, slow strokes
That said, it’s totally understandable if it’s not for you — some people prefer multi-blade razors for convenience.
As for your suggestion, we focus on single-blade razors since they’re more durable and often cause less irritation for many users.
