Very pleased I switched to Kronos
Very pleased I switched to Kronos, previously used Harry’s and cornerstone, whilst I wasn’t too displeased, they didn’t give the close shave I was after and I did get razor burn on my neck. It took me a few shaves to get used to, nicking myself in the process, but I did expect that, however, once I got the hang of it, I now have closer shaving, no cuts and no rash. So will I go back, no, really glad I made the switch

Close Shave
Having a beard and using an electric shaver wasn’t easy, but Kronos enables sharp lines rather than vague edges. A single blade used with Kronos shaving cream is absolute bliss. No nicks or cuts 😊

Nicely presented in a nice looking box
Nicely presented in a nice looking box. Delivered in a couple of days.
The blade that came with it was rubbish. I've had a better shave from a month old plastic razor.
However changed over to a Wilkinsons sword blade and got a much better result. Good shave, let the razor do the work, just be gentle. Pleased with my purchase over all.

Make shaving fun again
For the first time in a long time, Kronos has made shaving fun. It doesn't feel as taxing or time-consuming and the one blade is much better and produces better results. It's the best of both worlds as it's neither an old school straight razor nor something off an advert that isn't what it's cracked up to be. It'll also be cheaper in the long term. I recommend getting lots of blades and a sharps bin from Kronos for that reason. I'm delighted with my purchase.

Having used these razors many years ago I thought I would give them a try again.
The disposable razors I have been using have become very expensive .
I have only used the razors three times and they seem to be very good. After the initial outlay I’m sure this will be a cheaper way of shaving.
Is there such a thing as a soap box/holder on offer as one would be very helpful. Thank you.

Great razor
Great razor, was really sceptical about switching to single blade. Haven't regretted the choice at all. Wish I had went for the shaving brush to accompany it though, it would be much easier to apply the shaving cream.

Good shave, some issues
The product itself is stylish and the weighted head makes for an easy shave. However the shaving foam was disappointing it almost felt like a dry shave. Main issue with this product is cleaning the blade, I’ve had to disassemble it to clean it which only takes a minute or so but it kind of destroys the “simplicity” of a single blade razor experience. All in all though I got much less irritation, it looks stylish as hell and in the long run it’s way cheaper than the normal 4 blade heads or standard razors.

Regarding cleaning the razor, I'd suggest unscrewing the razor slightly or rinsing it more often between passes, rather than completely disassembling it. For the cream, using a bit more water and a shaving brush can often help maximise the lather.

Have been using electric and cartilage razors for eve. Saw the advert and gave it a closer look. Liked the information and the construction of the razor.
Haven’t a shot and am very pleased with the item.

I switched to Kronos from a Harry’s and the result is great!
I switched to Kronos from a Harry’s subscription, Harry’s was becoming quite costly and I was sceptical about the quality of its blades and didn’t feel I was getting the best shave.
I’ve now shaved a few times with Kronos and the difference is amazing, it takes a while to get used to the technique but the results are great once you do! You get a close shave every time and there’s no irritation after shaving, something that really surprised me with it only being a single blade. I feel like the Kronos razor is a lot better for my skin as it’s easy to keep clean and doesn’t become gunky like my Harry’s blades did when the moisturising strip got wet.
The Kronos razor is a cheaper option in the long run but I don't feel like this compromises the quality!

The Kronos safety razor
The Kronos safety razor was delivered within a few days following the order. It is nicely weighted and feels nice to hold when shaving. After using multi blade razors for decades it’s taken a little time to get used to using a safety razor and getting the angle of the razor correct when using it. I nicked myself a few times of the first fews uses but got used to it now.
It gives a really close clean shave and so much cheaper to by a pack of single blades compared to multi blade cartridges. I now feel like I’ve been conned for years into buying those expensive multi blade razors.

Happy so far!
So I switched to this for a few reasons. I like the fact that it is a stylish product, with nice stand and matching brush. Has an old school vibe. But also, I have had most of the razors that the big brands sell and let’s be honest - they aren’t great. Had my first shave with the new Kronos razor today and it’s a close and smooth shave. So far, very happy.

Very poor performance
Very poor performance. I have been using these kind of razor for 20+ years and when I see the advert I thought right I’ll give that a try so it arrived and it looked very nice so I went through my normal procedure before the shave installed the blade and still look very nice, and then I started to have a shave. It took me 10 minutes to try and have a shave so in the end I went back to my old razor, so no won’t be buying any replacement blades in the future.

Used multi blade razors for years always had shaving rash, and never got the smoothest of shaves, was told about Kronas razors, sceptical at first, but no shaving rash and such a close shave, also use a hot towel after, and a really good face cream, would never go back, and its so much cheaper

I saw this razor advertised so I thought I would give it ago. As long as I can remember I have suffered with irritated skin after shaving. I have to say I am impressed with this razor. It has taken me about 4 shaves to get used it as I am a heavy handed shaver. On purchasing the razor you are provided guidance on how to get the best shave from this razor.
