Delivery was very good and all looks great but very disappointed with brush I find it very hard and it feels cheap
The razor looks good but I have stopped using it because I cut myself every time that I have used it
I have changed the blade after 2 shaves but no difference and I shave every morning
I have been using Gillette razors for years and never cut myself once
I was also very careful to make sure that I was holding the razor at the right angle

Unfortunately I could not get along…
Unfortunately I could not get along with this razor. It was for a smooth shave, but it kept dragging along my face causing discomfort after shaving. I have used a Merkur 23c for many years with a short handle, alongside a preparation of Taylor's of Bond St shaving cream whipped up into a smooth cream with the help of a Simpson brush. So I am not new to DE shaving. Everyone is different, so I am sending it back under the 100 day guarantee.

Kronos first and last razor.
Kronos is my first safety razor, in fact it's my first wet shave experience, ive used electric shavers for over 25 years. I shave my head daily and an electric shaver is very harsh, I wanted another low cost option and after doing so research I decided on a Kronos safety razor. It took a few days to get into it and I took a few nicks but day 3 came and I had the closest shave I've ever had with no irritation or dry scalp. I would definitely recommend one of these to anyone.

The idea of a proper wet shave was…
The idea of a proper wet shave was amazing. Supplied in very good time and the Razor, the shaving brush and the stand are really a feature in my bathroom. The shaving soap is a real compliment to the experience…..
However you gave us the shaving soap in a greaseproof paper wrap…???
Why can you not provide a dish to match the stand and the shaver/brush to keep it all tidy???
It’s the only reason why I can’t give you a 5 Star.

I've just sent you can email.
Usually, when the razor isn't shaving at all, it is because the base plate has been installed upside down. Could you please check that the scalloped edges of the base plate are facing upwards towards the blade?
I hope that helps. If you find it still isn't working after checking the setup, just let me know.

Update
Have been contacted by the company and has now been sorted out.
The speed of their reply and the way they handled my query was impressive.
I have received a full refund from the company, the razor itself is obviously a good product it just didn’t suit me.

Took a little bit of time getting used to a single razor but I’m glad I changed when I shave now I get a cleaner closer shave

Great review, honest based.
I want to start by saying I read the first 5- 1 star reviews to see what people thought and after reading them I can honestly say they are all stupid reviews.
The product quality is immaculate, it’s sturdy. It’s lightweight but great head performance. There is a review regarding an OAP which I get but these aren’t an off the shelf trap razor these are there to give us a better less friction shave like the barbers.
I will NOT BUY ANYONE ELSES!!!!

A close shave
It’s a really nice razor, a close shave indeed … but l wish I had gone with the metal handle because when the wooden handle gets wet it does become somewhat hard to grip hence the four stars but purely on the shave itself it’s five stars
