Do not order fresh vegetables as they get damaged on transit.
Sadly the goods were on time but delivered next door and I received it in the evening. All good except for the 'Tomatoes', few were crushed and rendered useless.

I ordered frozen samosas, and was very skeptical. However they came in excellent packaging, properly insulated with ice packs, were still frozen when I got them. They were delivered via over night delivery. Amazing service!

Regarding your case, we contacted the delivery service to investigate. They confirmed that an attempt to deliver was made on 03/01/2025 at 12:54 PM, but the door at the provided address was closed, and no one was available to receive the parcel. As a result, the parcel was returned to the relevant depot. However, on 06/01/2025 at 10:38:10 AM, the parcel was successfully delivered.
For your next order, we will ensure to use a different delivery service to avoid delays and to strictly follow your delivery instructions, including leaving the parcel at the front desk if you’re not available.
We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience during this process. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’re committed to making this right for you.
