Really well packaged and communication
Really well packaged and communication, everything was still fresh eventhough my own fault I missed my delievery by 3 days but the frozen goods were still well packed and in good condition.

Great online shop
I've used kugans several times as a supplier for the polish fruit syrups I drink as an alternative to cordial with no added artificial sweeteners. The lowicz strawberry is my favourite and they are only sweetened with sugar which is a bonus for me as most UK soft drinks are laced with non nutritional sweeteners now. On each time I've used this supplier the order has arrived promptly and extremely well packaged with my favourite products at a very reasonable price. Kugans are now my go to online supplier for this product.

The box that the 3 bottles of Polish lowicz came in was far too large even with the air packing that surrounded the bottles. Smaller box needed next time. Otherwise spot on.

Terrible, cancelled my order a week after I had placed it without even notifying me, the contact service is pointless as they seem to never email you back and have not been refunded for my cancelled order, avoid these!
