Everything in the entire process was fantastic!

The folks at kuma bikes allowed me to test and find my perfect bike, gave me advice throughout the process and helped me with the decision making. The gave me guidance on how to treat the bike, how to ride and protect it, and how to store it safely.

Having a bike shop around to provide assistance for when things go wrong Is such an invaluable bonus as well!

Again, the whole process was fantastic and I'm very grateful for the help of the Kuma team in Cork. Very well done and thank you!

We are new to electric bikes. Kuma bikes first of all had a shop. They were knowledgeable, friendly and great choice of products. Very competitive and wonderful design. We took the bikes out for a spin to try them out! Irish bikes with parts from Europe. 5 stars for sure.

Owen walked me through everything I needed to know to make a well-informed decision, from choosing the best e-bike for my needs to understanding the specs and how to use it. He was professional, approachable, and never made me feel pressured.

My bike was ready for collection in less than 48 hours.

Josh was the mechanic who assembled it and walked me through all the key features before I left. He was a super nice guy as well.

They even offered me some basic maintenance tools for the bike if I ever needed them, on top of the great deal Owen gave me.

I've been using the R1 for my daily commute, and it's been a game changer. Not arriving at work sweaty is such a nice bonus!

Quick efficient service

I am writing this review after being trapped in a frustrating loop with Kuma Bikes for quite some time.

I purchased an ADO Folding Electric bicycle from this company, trusting their brand, but the bike stopped working shortly after purchase. Since then, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite their promises, they have failed to resolve the situation, and they have not processed the necessary payments or refunds, leaving me in a position where I have lost 1,500 Euros for a non-cancellable voucher.

I have personally contacted Travel Hub, who confirmed that they have never received the funds from Kuma Bikes. I have attempted to resolve this amicably and directly with them, but I am consistently met with short emails with no resolution.

It is clear that Kuma Bikes does not stand behind their products, nor do they care about the financial distress they cause their customers.

I am now stuck with a useless voucher and no functional bicycle, with zero support from their team to fix the issue.

If you are considering purchasing from this company, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

They have proven that they are incapable of providing basic customer service or rectifying their own technical failures.
Extremely disappointed and would strongly advise others to stay away.

My experience with Kuma bikes was second to none. The people I dealt with was Owen and Colin in the Cork shop. They were great guys to deal with and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone who’s thinking of buying an electric bike.

Easy to deal with and very helpful in store.

We bought a bike via a reseller - an electric cargo bike. We were so happy with it and then the whole steering wheel fell off. We went to get it fixed, and then it happened again but this time when we were cycling downhill with my kid on the bike.

We went back to the shop to get it fixed and three weeks later, it has still not been fixed. They don’t know how long it will take to get the parts here (from Italy they say) - and we have been offered no new bike.

I work nearby and bike to work. Needed a minor repair on my way home and lucky Kumabikes in Rathgar was just there. Popped in and fixed on the spot. Very helpful and kind people. Saved me the walk home!

Have had the bike for only a week but I love it!! It’s so easy and fun to use. Eoin in the Cork shop was so helpful. Happy days!

Support was very slow; the agreed delivery date was followed by a request to collect the bike at the store. Slow response to turn this around; no gestures of apology made.
I still don't have the bike, but I hope I can be satisfied with it.

Took 3 days to change a tube, didn't email to let me know about delay and tube burst shortly after leaving shop so mustn't have been done properly

They replaced my broken derailer with a new one and fixed the brakes for less than €100.

Great service, swift delivery from order of our bikes and very pleasant staff. Would highly recommend.

I was very happy with the service of my bike from Kuma. The guys were great and very knowledgeable about my bike.
