Not who they say they are. False advertising. Said the beautiful dress I thought I was buying off the Kylie n Marli website was reduced from $265 to $90 and then when I receive it it’s a cheaply mad and put together dress which I then saw (exactly the same dress) on Temu for $18.
They don’t like returns. Have to pay $28aud for customs and then I might get a 20% refund. Had I have bought it off their Temu site I would have received a credit for the $18.

They ARE NOT based in Sydney. Waaaaay over priced for the rubbish they're selling. Refunds are an option, but only after they've tried to scam you further by offering part refund + keep the trashy item/s (why I'd want to keep them when they're junk, even if they did fit). Delivery took forever (from China). Return cost me AUD45. Items are better from Temu and Shein. From purchase to refund - almost 3 months.

I ordered 3 beautiful looking dresses, all on sale for $95 each. I received only two. They were 100% polyester and no name tags, looked cheaper than Temu. I the realised I couldn't return as they were on special. I see everything is on special so no one can return. The responded to one of my emails and asked for a photo of the dresses, never heard back. Very clever of them. I binned them as were not even good enough to give away

They are OVERPRICED and quality is extremely poor ! THEY WILL NOT REFUND as they say they will .

propel like this shouldn’t be allowed in business ! Just tell the truth and treat your customers with respect .

Gets to a point , they will no longer answer any emails ! They completely ghost you.

SCAM - DO NOT BUY

Awful quality, nothing like the website or photos. Not worth anywhere near the price they are charging even with a supposed 80% off. Attempted to return all the items I bought, took three emails to get the return address after being offered partial refunds instead of returning items. If you wish to return you have to pay for international shipping to
china with no guarantee you will even get your money back as there are so many “criteria” to returning the items. Ultimately it’s a complete scam, not an Australian company at all.

Item did not match website and is very poor cheap quality. Not even worth the 50% discount they offered for it not meeting my expectations. Had to ship back to Asia at my expense.
