Labbaik Travels Pvt LTD

I was blessed to to perform umrah this year. I booked 10 days umrah package with Labbaik Travels. The package was very affordable. Including transport. 5 days in Makkah and 5 days in Madinah. Everything went well. Labbaik travels made it very easy and comfortable for me and my family. I recommend Labbaik travel to anyone who has the intentions to perform Umrah or Hajj.

Abu Bakar has been great from start to finish. He accommodated me with my request for certain hotels, the train instead of the coach and kept me updated with all the upcoming notifications in relation to my trip.

He has always been on point with contact and good showed good communication skills, even when I was in Saudi Arabia and had some issues.

Thank you for your brilliant service, I will definitely recommend you!

My family and me recently had the opportunity to be blessed to perform Umrah. We booked with Labbaik Travels and the brothers were all very supportive and friendly. They made sure that everything went smoothly from start to finish and I would like to thank them for everything that they did to make our journey stress free.
I would book again with them for my next Umrah trip
In Sha Allah

Our very first Umrah Allahamdulliah booked by theses brothers we had such an amazing experience we didn't have to worry about anything from Transport to Hotels all was sorted for us and everything was within walking distance the Haram was literally 3 min walk and so were the madina hotels so close, the transport was good they contacted us and they collected us as we had elderly and vunerable people with us everything went with smoothly Allahamdulliah.
The brothers made sure everything went smoothly their customer service was amazing.100% will recommend them to everyone.

What an amazing experience we’ve had our first Umrah with my family and so far Allhamdulliah going well. All the brothers from brother Abu Bakar , brother Amman and their director Md Sayybul Rahman have been so helpful and so amazing during our booking and made our experience so stress free and memorable. Any questions we have no matter what time they would respond and resolve issues, they have contacted me through out my trip and helped us even when we didn’t even ask and organised codes for our hotel which I didn’t even ask for I’m so grateful because it made my booking in to hotels so much quicker and easier. Allhamdulliah awesome brother’s great experience so far still have a few more days left in medina. From transport to flights everything was sorted out for us and I honestly appreciate it so much. So thank you Labbaik Travels.

When i was given details for my hotel in madina i was told its was international al muktara but when got here i was taken to some corner hotel with a very low class n ugly looking reception. I even asked when was sent my hotel voucher when noticed different names they said not its same hotel but when arrived its completely different and to make it worse they sending me pictures of the international hotel n am trying to tell them its not same they trying justify that am wrong and they are right. Please be ware wen booking with them coz they changed ny hotel in makka and wen recieved voucher n saw different names i refused n wen saw different name for madina they assured me its not its the one i agreed in which was international but getting here been put in a corner hotel diyafat muktara even the driver who brought us cudnt find it was even shocked to see the hotel that we have duped to book. The bathroom disgusting to even shower in too tiny wen u stand tto shower all water goes on the floor all beds were full of hairs had to tell them wont sleep until was changed the ac vents full of dust like not cleaned in months gave us all colds when we switched on due to dust in room. There were stains like urine in my sons bathroom floor. Its disappointing feel like wanting to leave n go but i know wont b able to afford another hotel. Please please be ware of them n check your hotel names n make sure its same name of one u chose and same name on voucher. Makka was nice but even the driver who dropped us found it disgusting to c where we was staying made us look like cheap n low standard people. This company its all bout money from beginning wen want to change something they ask for more money n now this shitty hotel that u even get lost when u go out. Low class and standards crap.please please dont trust the agency to do things for u coz wat have paid for doesnt match what have been given at all n disgusts me to say have been robbed off my money for cheap low standard hotel that doesnt even exist on google maps.

They truly provide a service that exceeds expectations!

Overall fantastic experience with Labbaik Travels our agent was Abu Bakr and he did his best to make this an excellent umrah experience for my dad and brother. Sorted out great packages within the dates provided, fantastic hotels offered and great full loop transport as well overall great package. There were some minor delays in receiving things but I’d like to believe they were out of the company’s control and minor issues made when booking from their side but their WhatsApp service is great and are always at hand. It was my brothers first umrah and he truly loved the experience very much thankful to the fantastic hotels provided through Labbaik. Will be looking forward to booking again In Sha Allah
