Labbaik Travels Pvt LTD

This was my first time booking an online flight, Labbaik Travels made sure to make it completely easy for me from start to finish. They even helped with my visa and travel arrangements, which made the trip stress free!

The agent I booked with (Mohammed) knew all about which hotels were best and how far they were from the Kabbah. This made it easier for me to understand which hotels were of better quality.

Although I had many questions, they made sure to give me a lot of time to answer them clearly. This made me feel comfortable when booking as I knew they were there to support me throughout my journey.

Alhamdulillah, it was a successful trip all thanks to Mohammed and Labbaik Travels. Definitely will be booking again!

This was my second time organising a trip with this company and they never disappoint. I’d highly recommend them as they are a reliable company and respond fast when I need to make travel plans. My Saudi trip was easy to book & everything worked out perfectly because of their help. Definitely will be travelling with Labbaik Travels again! Thank you for all the help, especially to Mohammed Rahman!

Asalam brother and sister

Great experience, company showed good service and helped me and my family on our trip to Umrah.

الحمدالله
I was initially very skeptical about booking my Umrah trip online, but my experience turned out to be exceptional! From start to finish, the service provided by the agent was impressive. This was my first time going for Umrah, and they were there to help me every step of the way. They answered all my questions with patience, were completely transparent, and made the whole process stress-free.

The agent’s support throughout the trip truly made a difference, and I felt well taken care of. I’m definitely planning to book with them again, and I’ve already recommended them to three of my friends and their families. I’m also seriously considering booking with them for Hajj in the future. Highly recommended for anyone considering an online Umrah booking!

Good service with agents availibilty all the time. They helped in transit and extra baggage too. Particularly two people I will say I was impressed with Abu Bakar and Umair. Both were good and helped us through out the process. Definitely recommend.

Very helpful, good service and friendly.

Abbubakar at Labbaik Travels I could not thank him enough for giving us a Umrah package which suited our needs and at such a short notice.

Brother Abrar was very helpful. He made sure all my requirements were met.

Very very disappointed with Labbaik Travels. We booked a umrah package with them which we agreed to pay a deposit then monthly payments. After two payments were made they demanded for the monthly payment to increase (double in price) and also that the package price which was agreed prior will go up in price. Please do not commit to your customers then change your mind.
Overall brother haroon was amazing - his communication/ customer service. It was a shame we were passed onto another agent who did not stick to what we agreed with brother Haroon.

Salam u Alicum
Labyak Travels i have to say has probably been the best experience I have had using such agents. Abulys bhai from the beginning to the end has been there in every way possible to make our journey to perform Umrah as easy as possible. With out a doubt I would use this company again. We were a family of 9, as you can imagine it's not easy arranging such a trip without problem's but Allhamdullilah they made things easy from start to finish. First class service and excellent communication make Labyak Travels the best that I have used.
Thank you and insha Allah we will book again very soon.

Very good customer service, delivered as per initial package.

From start to finish the whole experience of obtaining the visas, tickets and hotels for Umrah were smooth. Yes, it takes a bit longer however, Labbaik Travels are very professional and efficient so have faith on them. Brother Haroon was excellent in his customer service and care. He was very quick to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Labbaik Travels. Thank you all especially, brother Haroon for making our trip like you promised.

Highly Recommended

We went with Labbaik travels as they were reasonably priced compared to competitors.

Umair was extremely helpful and friendly, and was always contactable. He replied promptly which made the process easier.

We have given 4* not due to the travel agent but the driving company they partner with. We had requested English speaker however, most of the drivers provided was Urdu speaking with little English so made it difficult to understand. Also they weren’t proper guides but provided brief background.

Thank you for making the umrah booking process as easy as possible.
