I am highly upset and disappointed with my product. I received plugins- - not the tabletop version that is advertised. I have written several times requesting how to send these back and exchange them for the tabletop versions. I have received responses that include receipt of another plugin. Best quiet little air purifier
We were very skeptical about your product because there's thousands of ads out there. My significant other is 82 and I am 73. We suffered from sneezing and coughing in a very dusty old house! I am so so excited to say, we noticed a difference in 24 hours! I am as TOTAL BELIEVER AND AM THRILLED I BOUGHT THEM!! Th u. !!!! We feel 100% better. I will tell anyone our experience!!!!

I was very disappointed with the noise they make. They were advertised as being quiet. My husband unplugged the one in the bedroom the first night due to the noise.

Ease of Use
I like the ease of ordering, setting up and just letting it go. Although I am aware it is on, it is really quiet. Have I seen a difference? I think a little. There are fewer dust particles on a coffee table. Also, the biggest thing is I feel I less stuffed up with sinus issues. Maybe my dry eye will improve, too.

I have only had them less than a week. I have not had long enough to notice a difference yet. They are small, which is great because you can put them any where. No cleaning, no filter to change.

I have noticed a change in my air…
I have noticed a change in my air quality which is what I needed. However my husband thinks that it is really noisy and the lights bother him st night when I placed near his bed. I personally don’t have a problem with it as it’s no louder than my c-pap machine. I will need more time to give a 5 star review to see if it truly helps with my allergies.

The ion purchase was quick
The ion purchase was quick, easy and arrived in record time! I hooked it up right away and the dust has decreased substantially. It was quiet at first but now I can hear a fan like sound. I place both filters on a cork base and that has helped with the vibration and sound. Other than that I’m licking the unit.

Don’t believe the ads!
The ads are false advertising. Don’t get caught up believing them . I spent my hard earned money on two of them . They don’t work , I have dust everywhere. I gave one to my sister who’s a smoker, doesn’t work at all . These people should be ashamed for taking money from the elderly ( me) for a product they know is no good . I’ve reached out several times to them for a refund , all they’ve done is give me the run around . Next stop for me , the BBB , they don’t deserve even 1 star .
