I noticed immediately after setting them out that the air in my home was cleaner. I ordered 4 and am already anxious to order more. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. You cant go wrong!

I bought 6 of the units. Initially it really worked well. Within 2 months, they are doing next to nothing.
Two units starting making loud noises so I shut them off. One of the two started working again the second still rattles, etc.
I, like others have been given the runaround in trying to get this resolved. They did respond quickly but only to give canned answers, asking for the same information, videos of the unit making the noise, the order number, etc. over and over and over again. Finally they were able to look at the video and now say I need to pay for shipping, $15!! No way am I paying that for something that may or may not work initially but will die after a month or so. I'm sorry I purchased this product and would not recommend it to anyone.

I’m not happy with the product so I e-mailed for instructions on how to return. Responded that they would get back to me usually in 12 hrs. and not to e-mail again as it could slow the process. Days later still no answer so I called and left a message. Days later after no response I called again and left another message. 3 more days with no response. This company gets a big fat zero from me

I bought 2 of these so-called air purifiers and first one started making noises. I complained to the company with no satisfaction. No refund, no replacement. Now second one has the same problem.

Threw both in the trash. Does not help allergies, dust or anything. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I love my lab charge I have three of them and what a difference in my home the air quality is so much better no more dust particles in the air after the first day

Well delivery was timely ,packaging was very good,simple to use ,I bought 4 one for each bed and living room.they are very effective I notice the difference because I have breathing issues ,they are also very quiet don't even hear them.i like them alot so far so good.

I have asthma and I couldn’t keep my home dust free. When I saw an advertisement for these air filters I was excited. I purchased one for every room except the bathroom. My asthma is still there but my home is so much better with these filters. Thank you!!

Feel we are breathing cleaner air since I purchased these.

I bought 4 units at one time. Within a week the first one starting making a loud noise. Now two months later, 3 of the units are now making a noise. When trying to resolve issue, I have called and emailed with no answer to either of those points of contact. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING THIS JUNK. EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY AND SEVERE LACK OF SERVICE AFTER THE SALE .

The air in my home is nice and crisp now. I like the quiet way it works, and others are for their homes as well.

With less dust, I can breathe better. Very quiet when running, keeps house cooler

More runaround, which was totally expected.

Here, with yet another hollow reply from them, I was told to escalate my issues via their usual email address. I did. And...

Surprise, surprise! Same old brush off-- same old, obvious cut-and-paste. No personalization. Just giving me the same old runaround.

Approaching 5 months of this soon. Good thing I canceled my card, so they can't take money from me AGAIN, sending me unordered, unwanted, and unneeded units, that haven't made a difference.... not to mention I never wanted (I have a small house; why ever would I want or need more, especially when the 3 I DID order didn't do anything?)

Additionally, the promised extra unit -- because of their VERY delayed shipment -- never arrived.

Pretty nervy of them, don't you think? Not only to send extra unordered units, CHARGING me (now refusing to refund me), and telling me to return them at MY expense AND charging a restocking fee??

Wow, what nerve!

Terrible product, terrible ethics, terrible customer service. Greedy, I'll tell you.

Save yourself money and aggravation.

Now watch -- when (if?) they reply here, it will be their usual we care, and some drivel how they understand and want to fix it.
Don't buy it -- not their false caring and concern, nor their iffy product
Read others' reviews and see how THEY'RE treated when problems (all too often) arise.

No dust. Cleaner air

So far I am very satisfied with this product

It seems to work. I gave my brother one. It works great! Mr picky can't sleep with a light on.If he'd shut his eyes he wouldn't see the lights

So far, so good. I have 2 for home and 2 for the camp site for my camper.

I love them!!! I can tell a big difference in the air!! We had some with filters. They were messey and I couldn't find new filters for them. I would buy these again!!! Thanks for the great deal I got too!! I can't even hear them, only if I get close to them. We don't have to turn the t.v. loud anymore!!! 👍

Within a couple weeks 2 of the 3 units I bought started buzzing and were loud. I have gone back and forth with Lab Charge and getting a refund for return seems impossible, but they will send me replacements once I send them videos. I do not trust these units are worth anything and just prefer my money back. I would never buy again

I really like the purifier. It seems like my whole house is more fresh!
