Dusty apartment

I live in an apartment building and everyday I could see dust and flakes of dry skin on my furniture (it was disgusting) I had to dust everyday to feel that I wasn’t breathing in all that.
Since I purchased 2 units I am amazed how it controls the particles that were always landing on my furniture. Now I only have to use a duster every 2-3 day
I am very happy and satisfied with this product. My friends are looking into purchasing them also

I really wanted to love this company.......

I really wanted to love this company. I ordered 3 units in December 2025 after reading mostly positive reviews. It took a while for them to ship. I had emailed the company after a couple of weeks with no updates on shipping. When I did get a reply they apologized for the delay & assured me they would ship quickly & in addition for my patience would send an additional unit. I received the original 3 units I ordered & that was all. I plugged them in immediately & began using 24/7. Fairly quiet so that was a plus. Fast forward to the end of March when during the middle of the night the one in my bedroom started making a high squealing noise. My husband got up & shut it off until we could look at it the next day. After several times of shutting it off & turning back on it just kept getting worse. I keep all units wiped down so accumulation of dust wasn't the issue. I emailed the company & got a reply back sending trouble shooting ideas (all which I had already tried). I responded by letting them know I had done these & finally got another reply back several days later requesting a video of what the unit was doing. I sent the video & several days later got another response that they will replace the unit. Today I got an email that they will complete the replacement after I send payment for shipping, which I did this time but if another unit does this, it will go in the trash. I sent them an email expressing that I don't feel that it should be the consumer responsibility to cover shipping or any expenses that is at no fault to us when it is THEIR product at fault.

Easy ordering

Easy ordering, fast delivery, most of all this product is one that really works! I have had mine going on two weeks, they are amazing! My husband has terminal lung and bladder cancer, so our home has to be as dust free as I can possibly get it and keep it, it has taken a lot of the daily load off me….Thank you Lacharge!

The light you're seeing is actually a built-in feature of the Ionic Air Purifier. It plays an important role in supporting the unit's air-cleaning function while it’s running.

At the moment, this light cannot be turned off separately from the purifier. If you find the glow a bit too bright for your bedroom or sleep environment, you might consider:

- Placing the unit in a nearby area, like just outside your bedroom door, or
- Gently covering the light with a small piece of opaque tape or fabric — just be sure not to block any vents or airflow.

This way, you can still enjoy the full benefits of cleaner air without the light being a distraction. 😊 If you have any other questions or need help with placement, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help!"

I bought the 4 pack

I bought the 4 pack. 2 days ago one of them started making a loud noise. I’ve turned it off, let it sit, turn it back on. Still making the noise. It’s quite annoying ! The others, you don’t even know that they are there.

So far so good

So far so good! I share my home with one dog and 2 elderly cats of which one has allergies.
I’ve used the units for just over a week and she is definitely sneezing noticeably less now and there is a real difference the times I need to dust the furniture.

I am excited to get these compact ionizers which will hopefully replace my 20 yr old ionizer. However, you lost one star because of your own wording in your product instructions. You indicate that it could take 4 - 6 weeks to notice a difference, but you only give a 30 day guarantee. How do you reconcile that?
