For best results, we recommend placing it in an open area where airflow is not blocked by furniture, curtains, or walls.

Four stars — it's about Customer Care after the sale—otherwise it would be a Five Star Review
We received our air purifiers on time and put them to work right away. After about 6 weeks, one of them began humming — noticeably louder than ever.
So we chatted online and connected with one of your CSRs, who asked for a video of the unit and the noise it makes.
We sent that video more than two weeks ago now, and we've heard nothing in response to our request for a replacement. We resent the request for replacement, and still no answer.
It's like we dropped off your radar, and nobody remembers to pick us up.
We like the air purifiers; in fact, we just bought 8 units to put around our place, but we'd like the one that isn't working replaced. It's humming out in our living room right now.
The purifiers are great, shipping time is great, but this one fact: unresponsive to customer requests—that drops your rating to 4 stars.

Do not buy from them
Do not buy from them. They promise 100% satisfaction and claim you have 30 days to return the item. Well, I was not satisfied with the product and they then said that they charge a 25% restocking fee and I had to pay the shipping. I originally paid $52.68. In the end I will get only $27.46 which is just over 50%. I am definitely not 100% satisfied!!!

Easy to set up. Has made a difference to the air in my home. They do emit some noise but I don’t find it annoying.

Not that good
The information states the device covers 250 sq. ft.
Not likely.
It is slightly better than may air filtered purifier.
The constant green and blue light in the bedroom makes it difficult to sleep.
Too bad you can’t turn off the lights.
End result is, I wouldn’t recommend.

None of the 4 worked. Either send 4 of the new Lab Charge Air Purifer. This is the 3rd text I’ve sent. You seem to ignore my texts. I can send the 4 duds back to you. I am on a limited budget. Small but mighty!
These units are compact in size, but do a stellar job cleaning the air. I will most likely bring one with me for my next train trip. I do not doubt that it will keep the air in my roomette super clean!

Doesn't stay as quiet as day one
I received my order in a timely manner. The units are easy to set up, just plug in. I haven't noticed too much of a difference in air quality, but honestly, they have a lot of work to do. We plugged in 2 of them right away. They were pretty silent at first. One of them started gaining volume after about a week and got quite loud. I replaced it with a different one. The second one has not remained silent, but only emits a soft white noise that is acceptable for sleeping. They do not appear to need cleaning although I have wiped them down as suggested. I am not sure what to do with the noisy one. I bought the 4 pack so I would have an extra in case of this happening. I may try it in another area of the house where noise level doesn't matter as much.

A true story
I had purchased a Lab charge through Amazon before and it started acting up. I did everything I was told to do and upset that it was still "yelling" I purchased one through the company.
I haven't actually opened it because after a few days rest, the first one is up and running again.
My building is set for renovations this spring. I will happily be using the new one as well

It’s been about a week since I received…
It’s been about a week since I received my order but I’ve noticed a difference in air quality In that time. Dust and other particles in the air have decreased and my allergies seem to have calmed down a lot.

It does what it says
It does what it says. I am really pleased. I have a ton of allergies and living in the country I'm also exposed to a lot of pollen and animal dander. But at least I am breathing easier in my house and don't have to dust every day.
