Labrums Solicitors LLP Avis

The team is responsive, efficient, polite and professional. The solicitor's instructions from start to finish were always clear and document submission platform is very easy to follow. All my enquires were well transfered to the seller's soliticor. Frequent and necessary communications were maintained throughout the throughout the whole transaction process. The proof of funds procedure was smooth as long as buyers put effort on providing enough documentary evidence. Ample time was given to read through the property report and related documents. As a first time buyer in the UK, I was well informed of what I should do at different stages throughout the whole process. It was heartwarming to receive their card and little gift after the completion day.

The team at Labrum’s helped us complete on a house purchase for a non-UK resident in just 3 months. The contact by email was always prompt and clear and we felt fully informed of the progress of the sale. The attention to detail and documentation received was excellent. Labrum’s fees were transparent and reasonable and we will use them again.

Great communication from start to finish. Steffi went above and beyond by advising and communicating with us throughout every stage. Highly recommended to anyone looking for dependable, reliable solicitors.

So professional and such a pleasant experience - all the staff were helpful and went out of their way to assist. Thank you Labrums!!

When you put a large part of your life into the hands of a solicitor and trust them to listen to your needs and your deadlines from the moment you liaise with them and they follow everything through with exact timings often up against other solicitors making things difficult. When they provide thorough trustworthy conveyancing then life can just flow just how it is meant to. Trusting in Laura Mills to have my back in the legalities of purchasing a new home for us was the best decision! Thank you Laura and your team From Tara and Tilly

Cassey-Ann and her team were brilliant from start to finish. She was very prompt in actively driving the transaction forward and was meticulous in her approach. I would recommend her without any hesitation, a massive thank you once again for all your help!

Cassey and the team dealt with my home sale and purchase in a professional and supportive manner, always offering solutions and pointing out potential problems. All queries were dealt with in a very responsive and proactive manner. The team at Labrums offer a very comprehensive and human service, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Labrum’s helped me get a Spanish NIE number. They provided an efficient and professional service. Their communications were clear and I was kept well informed throughout the the process. As a result of their service, obtaining the NIE was easier and quicker than I had expected.

I cannot recommend this firm enough. Particularly Cassey, who is without doubt one of the most efficient, articulate and knowledgeable human beings I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I had a relatively painful experience with the conveyancer who was responsible for selling my previous property; so many errors were made, everything moved slowing and communication was virtually non-existent until we were ready to exchange. Cassey is superhuman compared to them - I will always recommend them to anyone that asks for one and I will only be using her services, when I buy/sell any properties in the futures.

Excellent service from start to finish. Labrum’s hit all of our key milestones for a very fast sale. Superb management by the team who are extremely helpful and friendly. Would 100% recommend.

Just completed the conveyancing for a property with Labrums Solicitors. Very impressed by how quick and smooth the process was. The team kept us informed at every step of the process and we were never left with any question unanswered. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

We would thoroughly recommend Sergio and Labrums.

We recently used Labrums for our house sale and purchase in St Alban's. Overall we were really happy with the service provided - they went above and beyond for us. They were very quick to respond via email whenever we had queries to do with our sale/purchase, and they always provided us with a thorough response. Particular thanks go to Laura Mills and Bethany Mansfield, both of whom were a pleasure to deal with and made us feel that we got value for money. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and would highly recommend the firm for residential conveyancing!
