We used Bex Ladyhaye to bring over our pug x from UK back to Australia.

She was honestly the best, knew everything inside out, always there for the random questions via email, whatsapp and calls. I was so nervous doing the process but always put my mind at ease and everything went so smoothly. Never, ever in all my years have I come across such a fantastic company. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were superb.
We moved our dogs from the UK to Canada. They were picked up last Thursday, stayed the night at Heathrow and flew out on Thursday. They arrived safely, there were no issues with the documents. They were home and snuggled up on the couch as if nothing had happened 😃🐶
Bex, was absolutely amazing. I would send an email and every single time I received a response within minutes. She guided us from day one.
She coordinated and clearly explained the whole process. She helped us with the documentation. She liaised with our vets, she even had to call and help them with the documents. She was in constant communication with the Canadian company, Sevenoaks (who were also superb).
Most importantly, you could tell she cared for our doggies and for us.
So would I recommend them, yes, most definitely. As I said at the beginning, they are the best company we have ever worked with and we cannot thank them enough.

What is most likely one of, if not the most stressful and emotional things a family has to go through. Flying our beloved beagle from UK to Australia. Bex was an agent who just got it. Each and every one of my worries or fears she answered super quickly and in a format I could understand. From the set off she made it clear and understandable and no question was a silly question. She was always there and brought calm from the very beginning, up to me being reunited with my beautiful girl.
It’s not just the before, with all the form filling and vet issues but also during (when paper work went awol mid flight) and through to collection (we heard nothing from my forward flight company). Cannot express how grateful we are to have had Ladyhaye (bex) support us through our travel planning to move to Australia with our dog and cat. Probably the most kind caring person we have delt with when trying to find the right animal exports and we definitely made the right choice. We first reached out to bex in 2021 3 years we were stuck in limbo with our visas and she has been nothing but so patient during our whole journey. For our animals she has been amazing, she really cares for their welfare and puts your mind at ease , always updates and always makes you feel reassured, constantly answered our questions when in doubt. I shipped two cats and a dog from Grenada to the UK. Angie was amazing, she pre-checked all my documents and our health certificates multiple times and was always available to answer my queries. Shipping pets from an unlisted country to the UK isn’t easy due to all the health and testing requirements and the health certificate process can be minefield, but Angie made the process so much smoother for us. We even got complimented on the quality of the paperwork when we collected the pets in the UK!
All pets arrived safe and sound and are settling in well.

We moved our Cockerpoo from England to Australia. Bex was amazing I can’t thank her enough. Every single appointment was checked up on, vaccinations administered correctly. We had an incident with the vets who didn’t carry out what we needed, Bex was straight on it on the same day! Our darling little Cooper arrived on Sunday well looked after and happy to be back with his family. I would give you a million stars if I could. Thank you again ❤️

We moved our cat from Scotland to Australia and Bex was nothing short of amazing through the whole experience. If you're not sure which provider to go with, just end your search now as Ladyhaye are incredible. Like anyone moving their pets abroad, we had a million questions and worries, and Bex was always friendly and fast to reply. This was also one of the only agents we found that would use Scottish airports, a huge preference for us. When our cats journey day arrived we had multiple updates to keep us on track. I would have no concerns recommending Ladyhaye to anyone!

Uk - AUS! We exported our French Bull Dog via Ladyhaye, Bex was incredibly helpful and was always available for advice and guidance can’t recommend highly enough. We didn’t have the best experience overall with the airlines canceling flights last minute but Bex was so quick to resolve the issues and we eventually got our fur baby with us in Australia.

As with all pet owners, we did extensive research before choosing a company to import our adopted AmStaff from London to Australia. Now given pretty much all companies had similar costings, we had to go off our gut feeling.
When we had our first communication with Bex, we were immediately put at ease - not only had she personally imported similar breeds (something us larger dog breed owners know what I'm talking about) but was incredibly knowledgeable about the up-coming changes to legislation and import rules (UK had changed quarantine timings from 10 days to 30 days). She was clear, concise and comes across like she genuinely cares for your pet as if it were her own (which she still does now).
You can tell that Lady Haye runs an incredibly tight ship and there is a reason they have been doing this for so long and continuing to have excellent reviews - the process was outlined clearly from the beginning, costs were transparent, a customized schedule was sent to us and contact was regular (not once did Bex complain about my 12,000 emails haha).
During the flight + quarantine process, we continued to receive updates from Bex (even out of hours) which just continues to show how invested she is in your pet and truly treats them like they are her own.
Whilst the process of 30 day quarantine sucks (there is no other way to put it) I dread to think what it would have been like if we didn't have the support and guidance of Bex and Lady Haye.
If you are wanting to import your pet with you, I cannot stress enough to have just even an initial chat with Lady Haye as you won't regret it!

We rescued a dog that we found in India and brought her to the Uk, I was in contact with Ali throughout and her emails were answered very promptly and they even refunded me some money that I had been overcharged for which I would never have realised, thank you for all your help in bringing Pari to the Uk

LadyHaye have been absolutely fab in organising my dog’s move with us to Australia. The Aussie rules are so complicated but they made everything a breeze, give options where they can and we’re affordable compared to other companies.

I was so impressed with Bex, her kindness and patience with all of our questions at all hours, who explained everything thoroughly.

We first contacted Lady Haye in 2022, and finally were able to make the move down under with my dog joining us towards the end of March 2024.
