What a fantastic company. We used Bex at Ladyhaye to transport our beloved dog from the U.K. to Sydney and they did not disappoint. They left no stone unturned in their seamless service and I have 100% faith in their expert knowledge for this complex process. I will be forever grateful to them and can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone doing the same.

Moving my dogs to the other side of the world was one of the most stressful things ever, however, thanks to the wonderful Bex at Ladyhaye both my boys are here safely. The customer service from Ladyhaye, and in particular Bex, was excellent. Professional at all times, yet caring, empathetic, and fully knowledgeable in the whole complex process. I moved myself and my dog Hugo A 6 and a half year old American bulldog to Dubai. Honestly without her help I would never have made it here! She made the whole daunting process so streamlined.

I can't say enough good things about her but here I go. She is always at the end of the phone if your getting stuck with things, when an email just isn't enough. She's so good at her job and quick replies are the name of her game!

All in all a very satisfied customer with a happy pup starting our new life in Dubai.

We contacted Ladyhaye October 2023 as we had just found out we were due to move to the USA in January 2024. We received a reply promptly from Bex with a quote plus thorough answers to all the questions we asked. There were a lot of questions as we were panicked owners of a 15 year old Labrador, who had never flown before, and we were potentially going to put her on a 10hour flight.

Bex reassured us and the company were professional throughout our dogs entire journey. Tess is now happily settled in America.

Our journey began in November 2022 when I reached out to Bex for a quote and advice about moving my 1 year miniature dachshund to Australia. They provided a very competitive quote and were not pushy in the slightest.

Over the course of a year, Bex provided guidance in a very efficient and professional manner. Bex is warm and friendly and clearly takes great pride in her work and genuinely loves dogs.

After 12 months of anxiety, Percy made it to Australia with no issues at all (fortunately). Bex was always on hand to reassure and responded to any of my (stressed-out) emails in a timely and supportive manner.

We have just worked with Ladyhaye, and specifically Bex, to transport our Cocker Spaniel from the UK to Australia. We could not have asked for a better service! We initially obtained a few quotes and found Ladyhaye to be competitively priced. However the real reason we chose them was due to their great reviews and compassionate care.
Bex was fantastic to work with, making such a daunting process much clearer through her excellent communication. No question from me was too silly (and I had a lot of questions!), and she was always quick to respond. On the odd occasion she wasn't in work then the rest of the Ladyhaye team were also just as professional.
Once my dog had arrived the communication didn't stop, with Bex getting in touch to see how he had settled in and giving advice on what to expect. We honestly could not have gone through this process without the support of Bex and Ladyhaye.

We worked with Bex, who helped us with transporting our dog from the UK to Australia, and I’ve never come across a more genuine person who is willing to not only help, but go above and beyond. Any questions via email were answered within a couple of hours, and any phone calls were never an issue, with Bex always making time if an issue came up or we had any questions. Ladyhaye know their stuff, and honestly undersell themselves because they were the cheapest quote we received from 4-5 different pet transport companies, and I don’t see how any of the other companies could have provided a better service.

When we looked at which Pet Travel Agent we should use for our Dog's export to Australia we were overwhelmed by how much choice there was. Varying reviews, varying costs and we had no idea what to do as this was our first experience. From reading on the net we could see that it was a very long and complicated process so we needed it to be as stress free as possible. Ladyhaye were certainly not our cheapest quote but nor were they our most expensive quote. What was consistent was the feedback and reviews that we kept reading about regarding their service which seemed to be very positive. Due to the amount of great feedback that they had and after calling them for an initial enquiry, we decided to go with Ladyhaye. After speaking with them, they seemed friendly, knowledgable and not pushy at all. We had a good feeling. After an 8 Month process, our Dog has finally been released from Quarantine and we are reunited. Our Pet Travel Agent was a lady called Bex Pratt, who could not have done enough for us. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, calm and took control when needed. We could not have done this without her and she is an absolute credit to Ladyhaye. Bex shows a genuine interest in your family and your pet and truly cares about your experience and understands how this process affects you all including your Pet. I have no hesitation in recommending Ladyhaye and especially Bex who is an expert at what she does!

We used Bex at Ladyhaye and I do not say this lightly, but she was absolute perfection from start to finish.
Bex clearly knows every process so well and her expertise in all areas made a difficult process feel very easy.

Every step is explained fully and even when our UK vets were funny about some of the vaccinations, Bex called them on our behalf and advocated for us.

I couldn't recommend Ladyhaye enough, after a lot of research and correspondence with different companies I finally settled with Ladyhaye to help transport my girl Torvi to Australia from the UK.
Im glad I did as the service I received with Ali was second to none. I purchased my rare breed puppy from the UK and then had to wait a 12 month period before she could enter Australia as a full grown large breed dog.
During this time Ali was able to board and look after my girl with all the love in the world and ensure she was socialised correctly as to handle the travel process , quarantine and new owners in a new country all in her stride as a well adjusted and socialised dog, which I am forever grateful for as she got the best start in life possible.
Ali took care of all the required vet appointments and government paperwork, flight planning and transportation ensuring a seemingly effortless export process while keeping me regulalry updated throughout the whole complicated process.
The quarantine rules changed halfway through the process and Ali also helped to ensure we stayed ahead of that.

We recently used Bex at Ladyhaye to guide us through the daunting and complicated process of transporting our two Labradors to Australia. We hired Ladyhaye to help us relocate our Siberian Forest Cat, Pazu, to the USA from the UK. He left two days ahead of us and we were quite anxious about the process and if he would be okay. Bex and her team were very helpful and responsive to all of our millions of questions. We kept asking ‘is that all we need to do?’ because she made the process so simple for us. Didn’t need to worry about hardly any paperwork or documents. We just took Pazu to the vet, shared his vaccine record and we were all set! They provided a wooden crate for him over a month before travel so he could get comfortable with it. Bex also worked closely with a customs broker in Chicago to help make sure Pazu got off the plane and through customs swiftly. Although we were still anxious about Pazu’s stress level while flying, Bex really took all other worries away and made the relocation feel fairly easy. If we ever need to move a pet again we would definitely use Ladyhaye.

We transported our puppy from the UK to NYC with Ladyhaye in August and it was a great experience. I am always nervous if we need to fly / transport our pets especially in the summer months due to the lengthly time they are in cargo, waiting customs etc. I always worry they would be traumatized with such a long flight. But our representative Bex was knowledgeable and importantly, very kind and patient. Answered every question I had with empathy and professionalism, and pointed me in the right direction to help me navigate customs clearance process with suggestions for vendors. My pup was transported very securely in a perfectly sized IATA crate for her size and weight and she was immediately cleared with customs upon her landing in NYC with the vendor suggested to us. Chloe arrived perfectly happy, wagging her little tail and butt. :) I would definitely work with Ladyhaye again.
