I did not receive my bag which is disappointing because I’ve ordered from this company before and was very happy to order again in another color, but not receive the purse

I've received three bags from Laluva. All were as advertised & delivered fairly quickly. They are such fun bags....I definitely will be buying more. So many colors & styles!

I had purchased a bag, but it has small issue. I complained to laluva manger office and they kindly refunded me back

The bag is great. I really love it. Nice quality very beautiful bag. However, when it was packaged, it was bent in half so it has a huge crease across the front of it. I’m trying everything to get the crease out, but I think it’s pretty much permanent. Whoever packages the bags for shipping needs to make sure they’re not bent in half.

Great customer service, ordered and received with no problems. The items I purchased were just as advertised. Beautiful and great quality product. I have made 45 purchases today and will continue to order more.

There was no key sent with my bag for the lock

The third-party delivery company was difficult to contact when part of my shipment went missing. Laluva’s own tracking was helpful, and its customer service team worked to resolve the carrier issue.

This purse is the perfect size to accessorize with my wedding guest dress! The material is absolutely beautiful.
I've already bought 3 and plan on buying more of course.

The order arrived on schedule and without any problems. My only suggestion would be to improve the outer packaging, but the delivery itself was reliable.

Love every bag I bought!!!

I ordered 2 bags a few months ago. They arrived together and ahead of schedule. I purchased 2 Warkin, 1 daily and 1 travel. They came packaged and bagged very nicely and in mint condition. I use the daily as my everyday bag and the travel for excursions. They have held up especially in rain, heat, humidity, and the rath of toddlers. I have 5 more in my cart now.

I accidentally placed an order I did not need. After contacting Laluva, the refund was handled in about an hour. The response felt personal, efficient, and reassuring.

I ordered two items and received consistent updates while they were in transit. Both arrived within a reasonable time, so I was pleased with how the order was handled.

This was my first order with Laluva, and the process was simple from checkout to delivery. I received regular tracking updates and always knew where the parcel was. I would happily shop here again.

I ordered one bag a few months ago it took a while to be delivered and I was pleased with the purse. It was cute not the best quality but cute shortly after I started to receive several bags in the mail at a time that I didn't order that I didn't pay for but they kept charging my credit card. I've sent probably a dozen emails still haven't gotten a refund and spent over $100 returning the bags super frustrating. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them. It have been a nightmare.

I did not initially realize the order would ship from China, so the wait was longer than expected. Communication could have been more proactive, but the team answered when I contacted them.
